What To Expect

ソナタフライトは、トスカーナの赤いブレンド文化に触れることができる珍しいフライトです。 6代目のギヨーム・ファーブルは、トスカーナの雰囲気と、オールドワールドのイタリアワインがどのようなものかを感じてもらうために、これらのブレンドを造りました。 2019年、2020年、2021年のソナタを体験します。 2020年はOCフェア商業ワインコンペティションでダブルゴールド受賞。カベルネ・ソヴ、カベルネ・フラン、メルロー、シラー、サンジョヴェーゼのブレンドです。

Matthew was amazing and friendly. We stopped in because as we drove through the parking lot of 4 other wineries he was outside at the time and just waved as we went by. We had lunch before doing another tasting and came back just for that reason. Very fun time for my wife her friend and myself. Will be back again.

12/10 experience at Al Lago! Of course the views were amazing and the wine was delicious but Matthew was honestly the best part. He was so welcoming and friendly and made the experience my best one yet. He is so personable and knowledgeable about all the wines and the area. I learned a lot about wine AND had a blast, so did all my friends. Beautiful place, beautiful wine, and beautiful conversation. We will ALL be back!

Matthew and Natalie were amazing hosts! This wine is absolutely incredible! Guillaume Fabre makes Al Lago’s wines and they are nothing short from spectacular. I am so happy we choose Al Lago. It will be recommended to all of my friends and family!

Matthew knew so much about the wines, gave a wonderful experience and went above and beyond with giving the education needed for someone who doesn’t know a lot about wine. He was incredibly patient and I would 100% recommend Al Lago wines for anyone looking for a high quality standpoint of wine and excellent service.

Matthew, provided us with a rich indepth background on the wines he served. As a picky wine drinker, I can frankly say that I loved our tasting experience. Especially the Sonata. Would highly recommend to folks that like red wines with character.
