  Perfect day with Sergey! The entire day went exactly as planned and no issues at all. My wife has some mobility issues and we were never rushed or pushed along. We moved at our pace! Hidden gems tour is the way to go and you get to see so much more than on the typical Golden Circle tour. If you are thinking about booking this tour, don’t think and book it with Sergey!

  This was incredible in every single way. Sergai is awesome - knowledgeable, smart and engaging. He takes you to all the best sights on the Golden Circle but he also takes you to some exquisite places that others do not get to see. I won’t spoil the surprise - but our pictures of the hidden gems are absolutely beautiful. We learned a ton and both of us thought this was one of the very best things we did in Iceland (and we have done a lot)! Sergai took us on the tour in his immaculate Tesla SUV and I especially appreciated the seat warmer. :). A couple of tips: to see some of the best sights, you will need to walk. Because we were here in January, there was a lot of ice so wear really good hiking boots. Also, wear lots of layers, a warm hat and gloves and warm pants. I just wore leggings on the bottom and I was cold. Wish I would have worn warm hiking pants. I also brought hand warmers and I was happy to have them. Don’t wait to book this awesome tour!!!

  My spouse and I were picked up at our hotel in the countryside (Ion Adventure) for a day on the Golden Circle. Artiom, our guide was first rate. Vehicle (BMW) was safe and clean. Artiom was patient, flexible and friendly, without being intrusive. He made sure we saw what we came for, with a genuine interest in the quality of our experience.

  Our tour was fantastic. The guide, Sergey, was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole experience fun and memorable. We learned so much and saw some incredible sights. We highly recommend this tour.

  Sergey was excellent. This tour did not disappoint. The falls are magnificent. Sergey was very helpful with the needs of my handicap husband- belong to get the walker/wheelchair out of the car constantly. The South coast tour is our favorite but this is a wonderful second! (The only drawback to this tour is that we had to pay an extra $200 to be picked up near the airport whereas our south coast tour was only $30 more for the tour and we did not have to pay the extra $200 to be picked up. We do understand the cost of a taxi, but it was difficult to pay the extra $200 when another tour company picked us up at the Airport Courtyard for a private South Coast tour and their tour as for a longer day.)

  Absolutely fantastic tour! We picked this one as the main tour for our stay in Iceland and we couldn’t be happier! Sergey was super knowledgeable, managed to escape most of the large crowds and gave us a perfect balance between letting us explore on our own and being with us to guide us and make pictures. He was most accommodating, and we never felt rushed. I can’t recommend

  The tour was very expensive and was not the experience we were looking for. We did see the sites and Simon was a nice person. When we got to the waterfalls he told me I shouldn’t go to the lower area to see the falls as my shoes and pants would get very wet and he didn’t want me to get sick. We did do the walk out (very glad We did) and did not wet at all. He told us there were no restaurants they were all booked and he couldn’t get any reservations. So our only option was to eat at Geysir Glinda at 11 am. The soup there was good but not a lunch experience. We felt like he did the tour but wanted to be done. We were back at our hotel in 5 hours. We were also told there would be a luxury vehicle and it was a not, it was a smaller car. It was definitely into what we paid for.

  Our tour started with our guide unable to start his car because of a dead battery. So, we waited 1 hour for to him to get a replacement car, which was much less comfortable, and not a premium car. He did take us to all of the stops on the planned itinerary, all of which we enjoyed. He kept to the schedule we expected, including making time for lunch, at the hour we requested. He also provided an additional stop, to make amends for our initial inconvenience. Nevertheless, I think our guide became somewhat bored with the tour, as the day went on. He seemed gradually, less enthusiastic, and ready for the tour to end. Perhaps he was tired. I don’t know. When we arrived back at our hotel, he stayed in the driver’s seat, like a taxi driver, and gave us the impression, that the tour was over, and we should just leave. Considering the price of the tour, I expected more.
