  We booked four private tours with Fernando during our week in Zurich, and it was the best decision we made for the trip. From the start, he listened carefully to what we wanted to see and built each day around our interests instead of pushing a preset itinerary. That flexibility made the experience feel truly personal. Fernando’s depth of knowledge was exceptional. At every stop, he brought the history, culture, and small details to life in a way that made each place more meaningful. He also took care of the little things—like timing, tickets, and great lunch spots—so we could simply enjoy the day. What stood out most was how thoughtful and attentive he was. He adjusted the pace when needed, included spontaneous stops that made the tours even more memorable, and made us feel like we were exploring with a friend who knows Switzerland inside and out.
