3.00Our driver at the airport was 45 mins late. Took us to the wrong address 10 mins from our destination. Went down a street too small for the van, had to back out, wrong address again. Our driver from Atitlan to Antigua was pleasant, however he hounded us and followed us as we were taking our luggage complaining that his tip wasn't enough. I felt uncomfortable. Booked tickets through Viator for Antigua to Airport transfer and had no issues.

1.00Buyer beware. This travel service becomes unreachable once payment is collected. What starts as friendly communication quickly turns into silence, no confirmations, no pickup details, and no response to changes. There are no refunds and no access to live customer support. I strongly advise against using this service.

5.00We recently booked a private transport from the main city to Lake Atitilan. The driver Rudy was so accommodating and friendly . We felt very safe and secure with his driving for the long trip. This was money well spent and we rebooked for the return trip and had an equally great experience.

5.00Driver was very professional and on time. I used this service to go from the airport to Panajachel and then Panajachel to Antigua and then back to the airport. Driver was on time every time.
