1.00This was the first time when we cruising we stopped in BAR. The port in BAR was industrial and we had to be bused to the main exit where met my our tour guide who was nice enough. He explained that there was a road construction and it would take us quite a wile to get to Kotor. Last time we had stopped in Kotor a pretty town on the Adriatic with a lot of charm. Bar had neither. There was nothing to see and not particulary interesting. After driving for over 2 hours we asked the guide to turn around back 2 hours through traffic so we would not miss the ship. I blame Viator for selling this tour knowing full well the conditions of the rounds and Celebrity cruises for not warning us before we got off the boat. Both were fully aware of this situation!
