  We had a fantastic tour with our guide, Christiano. He was knowledgeable and friendly, and you could tell he had a passion for the art. He broke down the pieces in a way that helped me and my wife understand the evolution happening in that period, and we walked away with a deeper appreciation for the artwork and its significance. Well worth the time and money.

  Our guide, Ruby, was very knowledgeable and personable. There were only 3 people in our group and she was able to maneuver us into the best positions to observe and appreciate the magnificent art. One tip would be to double check the meeting place. The spot Viator gave to meet was incorrect and fortunately, there was an information booth where we were able to get exact directions to tour operators office/starting point.

  We were at our meeting point actually early, and Luca greeted us, found our name on the list and took us to a different guide that did not speak English. She kept assuring us that we would be taken care of and she would get us into the right group however, we were the only ones without headphones. By the time we were walking around on the second floor and kept asking where we should go, we were discounted and told to just go on our own. Not happy I spent $200 as I’m not sure what we got besides walking around on our own?

  I couldn’t understand what she said 80% of the time. Also she finished after 1.5 hours walk, not the official 2 hours.

  I joined the guided tour of the Uffizi on May 25. A truly unique and interesting experience that I did together with my husband and my children aged 15 and 17 and thanks also to our guide Emanuela, very prepared and engaging, everything was really bello.f It satisfied all our curiosity and made us participate in all the wonderful path. The visit to the Uffizi is a fundamental stop when you go to Florence and if you can do it with a guide like the one we had the memory will be special forever

  I highly recommend booking this tour. Our tour guide Anica was amazing and extremely knowledgeable and passionate. There are so many masterpieces to see and having someone who can provide so much history makes the whole experience even more memorable.

  Amazing collection of art. The museum forces you through in a particular order with no regard to your personal tastes. By the time you slog your way through the crowds to the Titian collection, for instance, The museum is closing if you’re starting in the afternoon. The skip the line only helps you get in, it doesn’t help you once you’re in.
