  About the only thing this is good for is a route of where to go in Old San Juan. Otherwise the information was lengthy and kind of not needed.

  This tour begins to head in the opposite direction of what you would consider Old San Juan. Perhaps it circles back but the long walks between destinations was too much for the kiddos so we abandoned the tour and explored based on where the other live tour guides were taking patrons. Great starting point

  This would have been a great tour that allowed us to take our time however, the speed in which the guide went through things made it difficult for me to keep up and a few of the stops were actually closed or blocked off. I’m not sure there is a way to update the tour based on these things but it is what I recommend.

  Terrible. It forced you to stay only on THEIR path. I prefer guided tours that number the sites and let you skip around from number to number. Their map had us backtracking several times. We found it inconvenient to follow their path, but we couldn’t step out of line without it telling us to turn around or go back. Ugh!! We bailed because we were so disappointed it would not let us skip to the sites WE wanted to hear about!!

  In what language can we have the audio guide? Sorry to ask the question here, but I tried other ways to get the answer and I didn't get it.

  When you walked off track it was difficult to pick up where you left off. I would suggest providing an actual itinerary of the tour so people can ask for directions if lost.

  The students do such an excellent job in this audio tour - 100% recommend! Directions are easy to follow and you get a full experience of Old San Juan.

  I wanted to like this tour because I thought it a wonderful idea to involve kids in making it. However, I was very disappointed. It was difficult to hear much of the narrative because some of the kids' voices were not very clear. Many of the stops were simply there to encourage you to keep going (unnecessary with a map and a GPS locator). When the information about the buildings was provided, it did not go beyond the basic facts (year(s) built, remodeled, etc.) with very little historical or cultural context provided. In particular, Ponce de Leon was the first governor of PR but that hardly makes him a heroic figure.
