  We had an incredible experience during our tour of Athens on December 29, 2024! Our guide, Markos, was not only knowledgeable but also friendly, making the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, engaged, and well-informed throughout the tour. His enthusiasm and passion for the history and culture of Athens truly made the experience special. The itinerary was well-organized, allowing us just the right amount of time at each stop. Markos patiently answered all of our questions and even shared some personal anecdotes that made the tour unique. We also greatly enjoyed the restaurant he recommended; the food was authentic and delicious. I highly recommend this tour to anyone seeking a memorable experience in Athens. In all our years of traveling, this tour stands out above the rest. Markos made it truly unforgettable! Thank you for such a wonderful time!

  This is a Terrific way to see all of the main attractions in Athens. John was a fantastic tour guide, and his knowledge was very extensive for the area. We saw the changing of the guard which you is a must see, followed by the Acropolis. Then we had the most delicious lunch at a place that John recommended. it was one of the best meals that we had in Athens. I highly recommend John as a tour guide and this tour when you are in Athens, Greece.

  My wife and I had a long layover between flights and decided to take Athens Layover Tour. We were lucky to have Dem as our driver and it was the best decision we made! Dem was absolutely fantastic – his kindness, knowledge and passion for the history of Greece and Athens were simply outstanding. His excellent command of English made communication seamless and his ability to tailor the tour to our interests made our day truly unforgettable. We managed to see all the key sights we wanted to without feeling rushed or stressed. Every moment was filled with fascinating stories and insights that brought the rich history of this magnificent city to life for us. We highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to make the most of their time in Athens. Thank you again, Dem, for an incredible experience! This was a day we will remember for a long time.

  Markos was a wealth of information about Greek mythology and Greek life. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. He explained history and then showed us a time lapse of what it could’ve been like and what it is today. It made it so more real when we went inside to see the different historic sites.   Our guide, Markos, was absolutely outstanding. We began our tour promptly with prepaid tickets for the Acropolis and Parthenon area. Markos provided chilled water throughout our tour with a bevy of information throughout the multiple destinations within Athens. After the final city stop of the Olympic Stadium, we left the city and headed out to the temple of Poseidon located on the beach @ a 1hour drive. After that stop, we proceeded to a local seafood restaurant where we enjoyed a Greek salad, extra crispy French fries, and a shrimp, tomato sauce, and feta cheese specialty. Our 7 hour trip with Markos was incredibly special and included a wonderful lesson on Greek influenced English words. I highly recommend this adventure to everyone. Pro-tip. Start early in the morning to beat the crowds!

  Absolutely amazing tour. We saw all the sights in a comfortable, clean, safe air conditioned car. Our guide was so friendly and informative. Very well organized. Not rushed. He knew the best spots to go and paths to take. We had a wonderful lunch with his guidance as well. Highly recommend.

  Dear Mr. Vassilis and all at Timeless Athens Tour, I want to write this email to thank you personally, all your team members, and especially our driver Mr. Yanis from the bottom of our hearts for the excellent, memorable Greece experience we were able to experience and enjoy. We cannot imagine having the same unforgettable experience without your expertise in Greece tourism. Thank you for arranging the best accommodation in all the places we stayed. Mr. Yanis was a God sent blessing to us, he made sure that we had the best most comfortable experience, his knowledge about Greek history was extensive and helped us understand better the places that we visited. He ensured that we were able to enjoy the view all the sites more leisurely and without haste. Mr. Yannis made sure we were able to not only enjoy the places, but also Greek food. He took us to places that provided excellent authentic Greek food, and the prices were amazingly very reasonable. We truly had an unforgettable experience that makes us miss Greece already. • A perfect day in Athens!

  Our private tour was the highlight of our Athens stay. Makis was amazing! He was so pleasant to converse with and so knowledgeable of the city’s history and sites. Additionally it was fun to just spend time with a local and talk casually about where we were from and his favorite things about Greece. He even stopped to get us coffee from one of his favorite coffee shops! (Best coffee I’ve ever had!) We stopped by the Corinth canal. We toured the ruins. Then he brought us to a local bakery so we could try some authentic Greek Spanakopita – (Spinach and Feta Pie). We stopped at a beach for a nice swim and we enjoyed a local restaurant. We were in a very comfortable, clean Mercedes, he supplied cold water bottles after our warm stops/walks. This tour was phenomenal, interesting and well worth the money!

  We did an Athen Day Tour of the city . Our driver Makis was exceptional ! We didn’t need a separate tour guide because while we were in the car , he had dvd of all the places that we would be stopping at so we got the history info, so when Makis dropped us off at the site we just had to go see it . Athens had a heat wave at the time and we couldn’t be more grateful to be dropped off at each site instead of walking in the heat . It was about an 8 hour tour day . Makis was amazing and so friendly and caring . Makis bought us pastries and had cold water for us throughout the day ! He stopped at his favorite coffee shop so we could get coffee and then even dropped us off at a mom and pop restaurant near our hotel so we could have a great meal . He’s very punctual too! It was a smooth and perfect day ! We booked an airport transfer to be picked up when we arrived in Athens and Makis was there waiting for us. I would absolutely book with this tour company again . They are professional, reliable and go above and beyond what is expected to make our vacation the best it could be !
