  I was waiting 45 minutes at the meeting point and no one showed up. There was no explanation and when I called my travel agent they said that they canceled without notice. And looking at previous reviews this is a pattern with this company. Viator should not be listing them and beware do not book with this company it will ruin your trip!

  I waited at my hotel for this company’s tour guide to appear at the appointment time, they did not arrive even though they had my phone number. I tried to contact them but no one answered. My travel agent phoned to tell me that the tour was cancelled with no reason given. I was really disappointed as I would never be returning to Osaka. I would not recommend anyone to use this company for any tours at all.

  In our ten days in Japan, our best tour was with Viviana on the $140 Full Day Private Guided Tour in Osaka. Viviana really knows this city! She took us by subways all about to see the Umeda Sky Bldg, Hep Five Ferris Wheel, 20 min. Nakanoshima River cruise in Dotonbori area, 45 min. Tonbori River Cruise on Columbus’ replica of Santa Maria, and Osaka Castle entry to 8th floor observation deck. We were unable to see the Shitennoji Temple nor ride the 367’ Tempozan Ferris Wheel as it was closed for maintenance bur saw Osaka’s highest hill instead. Viviana showed us the best places to take photos, explained about every site and answered all our questions. She even guided us to the train to take back to our hotel. • Great gift for my birthday

  It was my birthday so I decided to book a tour and invited my friend to join me, this is our first experience to have a private guide to walk with us to sightseeing spots. It's really fun, not only seeing the place, also enjoying the conversation with our tour guide, Vivianna. Vivi even buy a dessert on the way and sing me a birthday song!!! I was so grateful!!!
