  This was an exceptional tour that gave us special views and insights into the hidden parts of Verssilles. Our guide Eva, was truly amazing. Her passion, knowledge and presentation skills really brought Versailles to life. The tour was not inexpensive but it was way worth the money. Go, you will be glad you did.

  Our tour of Versailles with Giovanna was truly memorable. She was enthusiastic, incredibly knowledgeable, and brought the history of the palace to life. The highlight was visiting the Private Quarters of the King and the Royal Family, which gave us an intimate experience without having to deal with the crowds at the start. Although we later merged into the State Rooms with the throngs of tourists, most of the tour felt very special. The tour was the perfect length to fully appreciate Versailles without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. We highly recommend a tour with Giovanna and LivTours.

  Grigor was a fabulous guide and this was a wonderful tour. We really enjoyed seeing all the hidden VIP areas and it was worth the extra money to not be waiting in all the lines. This is my second time using Liv Tours and they do a great job!

  We signed up for a group tour but were the only ones on the tour so we were very lucky to have a private tour with Anna. She gave us an amazing tour of the Kings apartments and the palace. She really brought the history of the palace to life and made us feel like VIPs. We enjoyed the time that we spent with her and felt like we really learned a lot about the history of France and Versailles.

  We had the absolute pleasure of doing the King’s Apartment Private Tour at Versailles with Eva, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we met her, she was warm, personal, and full of energy — truly a joy to spend time with. Eva has a wonderful way of weaving history with colorful stories, adding depth and life to every room we stepped into. Her insights and anecdotes brought the palace to life in ways we never would have experienced on our own. The fact that it was just my husband and me with Eva made it even more special — intimate, engaging, and tailored to us. We laughed, we learned, and we walked away with memories we’ll cherish. Eva is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also wonderfully “spicy” — her personality made the entire tour dynamic and fun. We highly recommend Eva to anyone visiting Versailles. If you can, book the private tour — it is absolutely worth it. We hope to return one day and tour with her again. Thank you, Eva, for making Versailles come alive for us!

  We recently enjoyed the semi-private (three couples) tour of the Kings Apartments. The two-and-a-half hour experience with Ana as our guide greatly exceeded our expectations. Our guide told us she has been conducting Versailles tours for 13 years, and t showed. She was incredibly knowledgeable; her quick wit was a bonus. For most of the tour, it seemed like we were the only visitors to the palace. It was only when we exited to the "public spaces" (think the Hall of Mirrors) at the tour's that we encountered other visitors. Ana's overview of the gardens paved the way for a rewarding two-hour visit to the grounds. All in all, this was a fice-star experience!

  My husband and I recently took this semi-private tour of the King’s Apartments and it was exceptional – our guide Anna was skilled and engaging, and for 2.5 hours, it felt as if the six of us were the only ones inside this massive palace. In addition to privately viewing these spectacular spaces, I learned a lot about the history and general living conditions of Versailles and had an outstanding tour experience. A private viewing of rooms not open to the general public with a knowledgeable guide was worth every penny.

  This was a wonderful experience. We had no trouble finding the representative at the exact location as planned and the guide (Vivianne) was super kind and knowledgeable! We waltzed right in, past the lines to the private, empty quarters where we were able to really enjoy the palace! Then we were easily whisked through the crowds to see the open areas. We could not have done this experience without a guide! Strongly recommend!
