  We had a great experience with our guide Renata in Vicenza. Very elegant, she led us through the works of Palladio spread throughout the city. She showed us hidden spots and shared stories and legends that are not written in guidebooks. She pointed out places we couldn't miss (Teatro Olimpico, Church of Santa Corona, Basilica Palladiana), which we visited. She also gave us tips for lunch and aperitivo.

  We had booked a tour for 10:30 and at 10:35 the day before we were asked if we could move the tour to 1:00 pm which we couldn’t do because we had plans that we could not change. It was less than 24 hours so we could not get a full refund or even a partial refund. We were then asked if we could take the tour at 8:30 am which was inconvenient because we had to get to the train station in Venice then take a 40 minute train ride. But we did it. I feel the tour was rather expensive. $411.00 for a 90 minute walking tour. However, our tour guide, Michaela was very nice and informative. I should think if you booked a tour for a certain time you should not be asked to change the time.

  Horrifying, I told her to give me a cold jug like she offers in the ad and not hot dishwasher, and the manager replied that if I don't care that I leave and that I don't come back

  Deborah knew a lot about Vicenza, and introduced us to the theater and other buildings of Palladio. She answered all of our questions with a deep knowledge and elegance. Her English was perfect, we had a memorable Vicenza tour.

  Valentina was really good at leading the tour, and helpful with questions. The tour went by so fast but we covered a lot of ground, the weather was not the best however Valentina was very thoughtful and caring in the process. Definitely recommend it if you are first time in Venice.

  The mid-August in Venice just not!!! you know what a mess !!!... then we take the train and in just over 30 minutes we get to vicenza We make the family card and begin our "Palladian" journey and not only A beautiful and elegant city with many treasures to discover In a single day you can not enjoy all the beauties but we saw quite a bit Visit absolutely recommended

  We wanted to have an introduction to Vicenza on the first day of our 4-day stay there. We got exactly that, with a quick look at the main architectural landmarks, and as a bonus: a friendly guide (Valentina).
