Emerald Bay the second most photographed place in the United States. This is a beautiful stop. In the winter time it can be closed due to avalanches. But most of the year, Around Tahoe Tours puts you right in the perfect spots at Emerald Bay. Take photographs, hear the stories and see the Bay. No parking and Walking, just enjoying Emerald Bay. We will see Inspiration Point, Eagle Falls, Fannett Island, and the Vikingsholm.

5.00You never know what you might see. We saw a bear. Tour was very interesting and informative. Having a small group was nice.

5.00Mark (our guide) picked us up on time, but what I liked is that from the night before he answered all my texts cuz i had some questions and then he kept in touch until the we saw him, he said he was reliable and he was! The van has long seats and it's only two people per seats, so we had plenty of space for each person and the windows are big so we could see everything outside. Mark made this trip so worth it! I liked his timing, made us feel relaxed but we had enough time to see so many beautiful places all around the lake, main view points! He was always very attentive, lively, approachable and entertaining, I'm thinking to come back with my family and reserve a private tour with him with more of lake tahoe's view points, he said we can choose all the stops, since its a huge lake, there's so much more to see but some roads I rather let an expert to drive cuz they could be intimidating with no guardrails. I'm so happy I did this! Thank you Mark, you fulfilled my expectations! 😊

5.00Our tour guide Mark was very knowledgeable of the history of Lake Tahoe. Our entire party felt very safe with his driving which is hard to do! He has great dad jokes and would highly recommend this tour to ANYONE that is planning on visiting this area!!!

5.00Mark was our tour guide. He absolutely exceeded all expectations. He arrived on time. He offered lots of information about the entire area. He was knowledgeable and professional. He has a great sense of humor. Wherever we stopped to take a view, Mark was extremely aware of traffic and made sure we all were always within his sight. His choice for lunch was the best!! Many options to choose from. He gave us history lessons on how the region came about as well as future developments. On a rating of 1 to 10, 10 being the best, Mark gets a big, big 10!
