  The term boat trip is incorrect: We moved a maximum of 200 meters from the departure point, and no questions were answered. 90 minutes for 20€, but in reality, it was a drifting near the departure point for 55 minutes.

  The captain needed about 5 minutes to dock with the help of 2 other skippers. The trip lasted exactly 57 minutes, and we circled in the bay in front of our hotel. When asked by passengers, his response was: they must ask the locals. We saw flamingos that can also be seen from the road, and he said he didn't need to say anything. I believe he was either not interested or had too much to drink.

  Good trip, we meet Armona and was amazing, The Skipper was amazing, Erica (i think) is a good seller and singer shows us everything and invite us for a nice Welcome to Portugal Jam, A M A Z I N G

  

• Birdwatching Tour

  This was by far the worst "birdwatching" tour I have ever done. What we got was a normal sightseeing tour sold as birdwatching. The "guide" spent most of the time on her phone and had zero knowledge of birds. We asked for a birdwatching tour multiple times but had to spot birds ourselves and constantly ask for stops, as she wasn't paying attention anyway. The "guide" also told us that the tour included a stop, which it shouldn't have. We declined the stop and asked to continue, which ended up being 30 minutes of cruising along a bathing beach (obviously no birds there). Our disappointment was not about missing wildlife, because wildlife was around. The problem was that the tour didn't care about it. We raised our concerns immediately at the desk. However, there was absolutely no understanding from the company, which simply referred to the tour as "their standard". This was a huge waste of time and money, and especially the way the "guide" and the company handled the situation was very disappointing. I cannot recommend booking with this company.

  Absolutely dreadful! Captain was “sleeping” so turned up late. Don’t think it was the real guide that took us anyway. Told us nothing about the park. Saw no wildlife. Was in the middle of the water so could barely see the land. She couldn’t get us into the island stop because boat driving was so bad. Dreadful experience

• Disappointing and Overpriced Seahorse Tour

  We were really disappointed with this tour. We booked the Seahorse tour expecting to actually see seahorses, but none were spotted. Instead, the guide just showed us some pictures, which felt misleading. For the price, it ended up being little more than an expensive boat trip. On top of that, the guide didn’t provide any meaningful explanations or information during the outing. Overall, it felt like a rip-off and definitely not worth the cost.

  Expected a bit more of this boat trip through nature but turned out to be more trip along the coast. With aptitude for one island, which was also not very special. On the way there a nursery pond oysters seen on the way back at least 2 storks.

  brilliant experience. the sun was shining, and the dolphins were plentiful and playful. Amazing trip out. Everyone felt very safe and cared for.
