Discover the wonders of nature on the Ria Formosa and be amazed and dazzled by this fragile and complex ecosystem considered to be one of Portugal's seven wonders, a place to be visited and preserved.
On this tour you will have the opportunity to observe the Natural Park of the Ria Formosa navigating through its channels.
You will walk on white sands and sail through the calm waters of the Ria Formosa.
We will have a lovely stop on a desert island where you can have a swim, relax and walk on the beach with wonderful white sand.
Then we stop at one of the island communities. Can be Ilha do Farol or Ilha da Culatra.
Throughout the tour the skipper will give a detailed explanation of the entire Ria Formosa, its fauna and flora and its fishing activities.

5.00We had a great boat trip today to desert island for a swim and then farol. The boat was high quality and easy to use. Daniel is an excellent guide who knows the Ria Formosa like the back of his hand. His local knowledge of the people, history and nature of the islands and lagoons was fantastic. A great day out and we feel a greater connection with the islands now. Would highly recommend.

5.00Beautiful Views and very informative, Daniel was a very nice person with lots of interesting local knowledge, Nothing was too much trouble. The island was beautiful and we would recommend going inland a bit to taste the local fresh fish rather than the tourist traps as you step off the boat offering burgers and chips!

5.00We had the best time! Daniel was so knowledgeable and went above and beyond when he found out we were interested in marine wildlife. He was just amazing. If you are considering a tour to the islands, we would say this one was a must. We give it 11/10⭐️

5.00We had an incredible experience. Daniel was our guide and boat captain. He gave just enough details as we went along making the experience rich and navigated our children's level of understanding and attention span perfectly. He found special wildlife to show our children and even let them "drive" the boat. The villages on the barrier islands were quaint and even in, and perhaps because of, the off season they had unique charm. This tour was the highlight of our trip to the Algarve!

3.00Our guide was super nice and told exciting things about the region. But beware, we were on the island for over 2 hours and did not look at any birds. So if you want to see something of the Ria Formosa, you should choose another tour

5.00I have some mobility issues, so I was a bit unsure whether I’d manage to get on and off the boat — but it couldn’t have been easier. The Sabino boat was very accessible, and Daniel, our guide, was absolutely fantastic. He was so kind and helpful, and his knowledge of the local wildlife and islands really made the trip special.

5.00A brilliant way to spend an afternoon. Daniel, our guide, took us on the 3 hour tour leaving at 3.30pm and we visited a deserted beach on one of the barrier islands and the fishing village of Culatra. Daniel was excellent, very welcoming and informative, explaining lots of interesting facts about Olhao, the people and the environment. Would thoroughly recommend doing this trip.
