I traveled to Nepal for a month and booked two treks through Rainbow Trek and Travels to Everest Base Camp and Poon Hill. I have visited many countries but the best experiences of my life thanks to Rainbow Team. Firstly,Mr Keshav Dahal, Shushi and the whole team from Rainbow Trek have been a great pleasure to deal with from the moment I sent an enquiry before arriving in Nepal. The team is really friendly, helpful and really care about our team.kehsav in particular is like a super human always giving 100%.his excellent and fast customer service and great price attached me to Rainbow Trek over any other company (he always writes back so fast to all my messages and answersed all my questions) I really care about customers.for example most companies want you to pay straight away before they offer any services but with Rainbow, I didn't pay until after which really goes to show they put the customer first.in addition after arriving in Kathmandu late at night, I needed to go to the ATM so Keshav sent someone to come with me for safety as I was alone. I did a 21 day Everest Base Camp Trek via Gokyo Lakes and Cho La pass which includes pretty much everything in the price so I didn’t need to organize anything (from airport transfers, welcome and farewell dinner, guide,Porter, internal flights, permits, equipment etc...) I absolutely loved this Trek thanks to my guide Himesh he is a legend and made the trip so memorable. As a female Gurup, I felt completely safe and comfortable with him the whole there weeks we were together.he was very caring, gentle, knowledgeable, funny and went absolutely above and beyond for me to ensure I had the best experience in completing the Trek. For example he helped me the whole way down the steep, snowy section of Cho La pass so I didn't fall down (I didn’t see any other guides help their customer in the way Himesh helping me)he carried my day pack climbing up Gokyo Ri to make it easier for me,he always kept me motivated and entertained so I never felt alone.even on his days off after the trek, allowed me to experience the local culture from hanging out with his friends along the trek to teaching me some Nepalese and local games.changed the itinerary around to make the trek easier and was like my personal photographer too.the Porter sangam was a lot of fun and we all binded really well as the team sangam too went above and beyond to help me through the trek. I would 100% recommend Himesh as your guide.he really treats you as a great friend and I honestly couldn't have completed the trek without his help.thank you Himesh for the unforgettable memories.i did highly recommend this EBC via Gokyo and Cho La pass such breathtaking mountain scenery along the whole route. After arriving back in Kathmandu after such an amazing time in the mountains.i really missed the mountains and wanted to go back.so l spoke to Keshav to see what was possible as I was going to Pokhara the next day.he gave me a few suggestions and I ended up booking a four days trek to Poon Hill .l set off the next day and everything had already been arrested for the trek ! I had Uttar as my guide and he was amazing, friendly and helpful .I felt completely comfortable and had a great time with Uttar over the 4 days.he went out of his way to help me as well, and even offered to carry some of my stuff too to make things easier.he even took me to the international Mountain Museum on his day off in Pokhara ! Would highly recommend Uttar as a guide for your trek. The trek was a great experience too and I got to experience different scenery to what I saw in EBC. over all I'd 100% Recommend booking your trekking experience or touts though Rainbow Trek and Travels.I will definitely use them again when I visit Nepal for another trek! Thanks again Keshav, Shushi, Himesh, Uttar and Team for the unforgettable experience !!!
