The Niru Yoga Homestay 4 Day (3 Night) Retreat is a complete immersive experience in the Nagargot mountain. You will be welcomed into our family, experience local village culture, and meditate in nature. Practice yoga with an inclusive and accepting teacher who adjusts to all skill levels. Get to know yourself, the family, and other guests to form connections you would not experience anywhere else. Learn to cook in Nepali style with produce straight from our garden. Get a taste of the Himalayas with our invigorating daily treks to nearby waterfalls, bridges, and temples. On Sundays we have a relaxing day where you can chill in our sauna bath, have tea by the campfire, and join an extended sound healing session. On our last day, you will enjoy relaxing morning yoga class followed by breakfast. Checkout is usually at 11:00 am
Private bedroom with bath: Private room with two beds and private bathroom. 2 Yoga classes a day: Classes include: yoga, pranayam, mudra, mantra, sound healing with meditation 1.5 hours each class Duration: 6 days Three Meals and Tea: Three homecooked vegetarian meals a day are provided. The food is prepared with produce from our own garden. Daily Hiking: 2-3 hours of hiking a day in the Nagarkot Forest. Visit nearby waterfalls, temples, and the famous Nagarkot Suspension Bridge
Two Bed with Private Bathroom: Both private & shared rooms are available at different cost. Two Yoga Classes Per Day: Classes include: Yoga, Pranayam, Mudra, Mantra, Sound Healing with meditation 1.5 hours each class. Duration: 6 days: 5 Nights Accommodation and 6 days of Retreat Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & Tea: Three times a home-cooked vegetarian meal is eaten per day, and most of the food comes from the garden. Daily Hiking: 2 to 3 hours of hiking in Nagarkot forest. Visit nearby waterfalls, temples, and the famous Nagarkot Suspension Bridge.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Niru Yoga Homestay. The whole family were so welcoming as soon as you arrived. I was lucky to meet four other ladies during my stay, all similar age, which was really lovely to share the experience with. The room was clean and comfortable and was lucky to get a room to myself. The food was home cooked, delicious, varied and you were always offered more. I absolutely loved the lunch hikes and the morning and afternoon yoga /breathwork/sound bowl sessions. It's amazing how much you do improve in such a short time, with some gentle guidance and the sounds bowls just added that extra calming element to your meditation. I was curious about jala neti but can say I a now a fan! Thanks again. I wish I could have stayed longer ☺️. Do yourself a favour and book this place. You won't regret it.
