Outside cities: Add IDR 150.000 for Wonosari, Klaten, Parangtritis Area, Kulonprogo, Magelang, Borobudur Area. Add IDR 300.000 for Solo, Losari, Purworejo and Bandungan Area. Add IDR 400.000 for Semarang, Kutoarjo, Wonosobo & Temanggung.

5.00We were very pleased with the entire trip, and especially want to praise our driver/guide, Tony. He was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire very long day trip. He helped us change our ticket for Borobudur to the full package that allowed us to climb the monument, even though this would up extending our trip by several hours, with no additional pay for him. His driving was excellent, and we really enjoyed the long drive high up into the mountains to the Dieng Plateau. He was friendly without being intrusive, and helpful at every turn. He made the experience really wonderful, and we want to praise him in the highest terms.

5.00Great driver, Dodo— safe and accommodating and good english. Note this does not include tour guide up Borobudur, that’s an extra INR 150,000. We Chose to no go to Dieng because of heavy rain, but if we had gone would have been 3:30am - 10pm, long day! Sunrise was nice, and Borobudur interesting, but post Covid no one is allowed up the temple like before. Driver Dodo took us to another temple and monastery with spectacular stone carvings near Borobudur. Overall good day despite the rain.

5.00Anang was my driver for this trip. The entire tour was about 15 hours. He was very helpful and took his time to show me around Borobudur and Dieng. I really appreciated that he showed me around a local village near the Borobudur temple— I was able to see the home of an elderly woman and had tea with coconut sugar she made. Anang also took me to some unplanned sites—like the Dieng volcanic complex and Telaga Warna lake. Be sure to wear warm clothing to see the sunrise at Borobudur and pack some snacks. There were minor language barriers but nothing major. All in all, I had a great time seeing the great sites—thanks, Anang!
