Driver was courteous and on time. Booking was easy, except when completing it there was no place to add the pickup time. It was easy to get in touch with the host via email and all went well.

Hugo was amazing! What a gentleman. On time and had to wait awhile due to luggage issue. No problem! Took care of our 5 pieces of luggage all the way to the foyer of our apartment building. Excellent service and we’ll utilize his services when we depart. Obrigado Hugo!!
