1.00I was looking forward to this self-guided tour, but it has not worked. I downloaded the app, but it did not accept the code. I called for assistance and was told that “sometimes the wrong link is sent.” I was promised that a correct link would be texted to me within two minutes. Hours later, it has not arrived. The link to cancel did not work.
