  After being by passed by 2 buses, one finally stopped to pick up a group waiting at stop number 12. Had to change seats multiple times to find an audio that actually worked. Delay in the audio resulted in missing points of interest and stops we wanted to get off at and explore. This was a complete disappointment and worth basically half of what was paid. I have submitted a complaint to customercare@cityrama.pt but they are refusing any compensation due to a 15 day period. We have been on holiday and this was the first moment I could get to reach out to them. There has ben be a better company than this one.

  It's not worth it. The route goes through large parts where there is really nothing to see and nothing to tell about. A lot of audio is broken both earpieces and the transmitters themselves.

• Hop on hop off Porto good value

  Gives you a great tour of city sites. The delivery instructions seems simple enough but we were walking and had some difficulty finding the ticketing spot. From there we again had difficulty finding a pick spot. All was well eventually and we boarded easily.

• Weather was amaxing and a great way yo see the city!

  The routes gives you a good look at the city. We found a lot of the audio guide plug ins did not work (upstairs, outside). Also found some headphones with only one ear working. Liked the free tasting at Quevedo!

• Hop on and off, Porto!

  Thank you! Very much enjoyed the use of the hop on/off bus over two days, enabled us to see the full area and beyond, on day one. This allowed us to choose our points of interest for return the next day. Unfortunately, due to the weather conditions, the Douro river cruise was operational. However, Maria and Hugo, based at the Rua do Infante Dom Enrique office, were most helpful and informative. They advised on how to recover a refund, and booked us on a port tasting tour and fado experience(Calem) as an alternative. Hugo and the Boss were both very friendly and most efficient! • Disastrous

  First of all we had problems with the tickets as they were not read by the machine, in the office where we went to pick them up very step by step with the theme, then already in the fatal route the audio did not correspond with the route itself, and the times crazy what I expected at each stop. Worst tour bus I've ever done.

  Filipa at grayline was very helpful and gave us great tips. Hop on and hop off tour was very interesting. Would recommend
