This 3-hour Private Boat Tour Malta is designed for guests who want to experience Comino and Gozo without the crowds. Unlike large group boats that drop hundreds of people at fixed points, this is a fully private boat charter, exclusively for your group.
Your skipper navigates towards the Blue Lagoon, Crystal Lagoon, Comino caves, and the south coast of Gozo, but instead of stopping at busy shorelines, we anchor in open, crystal-clear water where you can swim directly from the boat in peace and comfort.
The itinerary is flexible and adjusted to sea conditions and your preferences. There is no rushed schedule and no shared spaces — just your own private boat trip to Comino, tailored for you.
Included on board: professional english speaking skipper, mask and snorkel, shaded seating, cushioned sun deck, swim ladder, Bluetooth audio, permits and ice box with ice.
Departures from Cirkewwa, Malta or Mgarr Harbour, Gozo. Prices are per boat, not per person

We’ll drop you off at Cirkewwa Port, right next to the only kiosk/café in the area. Alternatively, we can drop you off at Cirkewwa Marina or Gozo Marina, depending on your preference. This can be a round trip returning to your starting point, or we can drop you off on either Gozo or Malta Island — your choice!
Blue Lagoon
Blue lagoon Malta The blue lagoon is a blue crystal patch of water between Comino and Cominotto, where you have white sandy beaches on either side. The only way to get to the blue lagoon is by boat. It is one place where we stop with the private boat trip for a swim and snorkel. The clearness of the blue lagoon makes it feels like you are swimming in a pool. Given that it is a private boat, we anchor in the bluest parts of the lagoon, where you can get the best experience out of your Maltese vacation. The blue lagoon is very photogenic. It offers the most extensive stretch of blue waters in the Maltese islands; it is one of the top 5 things to do in malta. It is not a hidden gem, so the best way to explore the blue lagoon and its beaches is by private boat so you can get the best blue waters exclusive to your self.

5.00Highly recommend this trip and doing a private tour. Our skipper Habib was fantastic, really nice person and totally accomodated tailoring to our needs. The boat was perfect and more than enough space for 4 of us. The locations were superb and going at 8.30am was perfect timing as the stop offs were not overcrowded. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip and was the highlight of our holiday
Better Time Investment than an Entire Day in Valletta

5.00Fantastic experience. Traveled all around the island for 3 hours, swimming in lagoons and caves, seeing sites from the movie The Count of Monte Cristo. The team reached out a day before and helped coordinate a transfer from the cruise port out to the boat slip and gave some solid local recommendations on places to visit. Grabbed a quick grab and go sandwich before boarding and then had an absolute blast on the boat. Had our driver drop us in downtown Valletta afterwards, walked around for an hour and a half, which only reinforced doing this tour instead of hanging out downtown for the whole day. Don't get me wrong, the village is super cool, but a bit touristy, and I'd take this private boat tour over that for 5 hours all day long and twice on Sunday.

5.00I had a private charter boat trip to Gozo and the Blue Hole - it was absolutely an extraordinary experience which captured Malta’s natural beauty. I think this is a must visit for everyone to Malta - the mild sunshine, the Mediterranean crystal clear water and unique geological features (like underwater arch and coastal formations)… perfect combination for a relaxing holiday! I’d like to highlight Janet and Sam’s great arrangements. They sent not only the boat information but also some useful travel information of Malta! I feel their warmth in welcoming people to their beautiful country. Justin (skipper) is a very cheerful person who introduced every details of the geological features. As I always say, I enjoy travelling with people who enjoy their lives because they can cultivate an atmosphere of happiness- Justin for sure is one of them. I hope I can be on board again in the near future!

5.00Amazing experience from start to finish. Janet and the team were incredibly helpful and responsive when organising the trip, making everything really easy. Once on the boat, our skipper Clyde was fantastic — friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly knew all the best spots. Would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Malta — easily one of the highlights of our trip.

5.00We took a two-hour boat tour with Zlatko today. It was fantastic, one of the best tours we've ever done. Snorkeling in the Blue Lagoon was an absolute highlight. The only downside: you have to pay a fuel fee of €79 on board. You only find this out on TripAdvisor after booking. It seems a bit dodgy. Nevertheless, we would book again. The tour was worth every penny!
