What a great way to end my trip to Milan. I got to spend the afternoon with a great pair of Italian chefs, Matteo and Fabrizio , in our Pizza and Gelato class. Chef Matteo led the class with patience, kindness, and humor. Our class had quite a few kids in it and I was worried - however - I shouldn’t have been. Matteo handled them with such care and made them part of the learning without compromising the adult experience (something that doesn’t always happen in these kinds of experiences). Our pizza class was fantastico! I learned so much about how simplicity always wins - which was very true with our dough. Interwoven in, while our dough was rising, we made our gelato and waffle cone bases. Super fun and again - super easy and simple. At the end - deliciousness all around! 10/10!

Amazing experience. Class was great Mateo and Danny were informative, gracious, and entertaining. If you want to have some fun and learn to make amazing pizza and gelato in a waffle cup I highly recommend.

Firstly the class was very good and pur instructor/chef was clear,thorough and entertaining . In Addition he went out of his way to incorporate all the students in the presentation. For me, he brought me to a new level of understanding of the preparation and baking of pizza. The Gelato portion was very exciting and very educational. The idea of making my own seems well in my ability including the waffle cup. Gratzie Millie

Enjoyable and entertaining. Alfredo is obviously skilled and was always encouraging and very clear in his direction. And cooking with others was fun - loved that part of our class had never heard of lemon zest. We will definitely be making pasta and pesto at home.
