You will be picked up from your Tilbury Cruise Terminal and taken directly to your Heathrow Airport Terminal or Hotel. Your chauffeur will arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time and will meet you with your name on a signboard inside the cruise terminal. The chauffeur will assist you with your luggage and escort you to your vehicle. Sufficient time will be allowed for any traffic delay so you are always on time and never late.

Our driver was awesome. By using a private driver we did not have to worry about any worker strikes on other modes of transportation .

Driver was on time and easy to find. Drive was easy, safe and vehicle was what I ordered and clean. Driver was polite and showed us controls for back, helped with bags and steps into van. Highly recommend!
