  The worst! Waited an hour for pick up. Told three different spots for pick up. Told to get off bus before tour finished and wait for another bus. Really only a handful of interesting sites. Called numerous times to find pick up kept being put on hold. No one seems to know the facts or city. Finally dropped off a long way from our pick up.

  This was a HORRIBLE experience. There was no working air conditioner on the bottom level; there was no way to identify pick up spots once arrived; there was no organization to this process whatsoever.😡😡. The only positive person on this adventure was the Tour Guide- Debbie. Clone her please. Please improve with your customer service because it sucked- don’t be so greedy to collect fees with no concern for your clients!!!

  We were looking forward to our Montreal tour. We got on the top level toward the front of the bus. When the guide got on he brought his own speaker and sat on the top level. We could not hear a word he said (and others around us were equally as frustrated). We indicated to the guide we could not hear what he was saying and he simply shrugged his shoulders indicating there was nothing he could do. While not our intent, we got off the bus about half way through the tour and waited for the next bus. Once we got on the second bus, the guide was connected to the speakers in the bus and we were able to hear everything very clearly and the guide was wonderful. We spent $90 and ending up having only half a tour. They should have let us know when we got on the first bus that the audio from the guide was inferior at best. I certainly would not recommend this tour until the speaker systems are corrected/improved in all of their busses!!

  While this was a great way to learn the Montreal downtown, it wan’t like any other hop on hop off I’ve been on. You could only get on and off while the bus was going in one direction. This was very inconvenient, I just didn’t understand it. I don’t think it was well thought out.

• A beautiful Sightseeing experience

  We took the trip once around Montreal, and it was a great experience. We sat on the top level and the weather was perfect this day in late June. Julien was an excellent guide. He is very knowledge able of Montreal and he was eacger to take questions as we moved along. The tour was in both English and French, and he spoke very clear English for us to understand.

• Find a bathroom BEFORE...

  Find a bathroom BEFORE you get to the bus. The tour is worth the cost. Make at least two circuits since each tour guide has different details to tell you.

  Bus runs very frequently and visits Mount Royal plus sights in the city centre.This hop on hop off service has a guide on board each bus - it isn't a service with earphones.

  Julie was a wonderful tour guide! She was fun, informative, and had great energy! We stayed on the entire loop, so we didn't have any trouble catching the next bus. The next day we tried to hop on/off, and like others state, there don't seem to be any markers for the stops, and it's a long wait between buses. Today's guide made us miss Julie.

  Great tour the 2 day pass is the best deal we have had with the bus rides . This is a great way to get your bearings and see what you might want to see, we didn’t have enough time but I would recommend going for a walk at the Parc Very pretty and green, the quay/ dock side is fab too, cirque du soli, bungy jumping, boat rides or just chill and watch the world go by , Loads of beautiful buildings, museums.
