• An enjoyable and good value Stavanger Hybrid boat trip.

  I was pleased to be able to book this Stavanger Silent Lysefjord & Pulpit Rock Cruise via Tripadvisor so easily. The details of the excursion were clearly set out and seemed good value when compared to similar experiences. The trip was very well organised by Brim Explorer Stavanger. They kept me well informed about a change to the pickup location which was very easy to find. The staff where all very friendly and welcoming. Our onboard guide provided a detailed, informative and often humorous commentary on landmarks, folklore and points of interest along the way. We had freedom to move around the boat to obtain the best views on open deck, or take shelter and purchase refreshments below deck if desired. Toilet facilities were available. The trip was around three hours long and we were lucky with the weather. A good trip and I would recommend it.

  This was an amazing morning trip which I booked for when we berthed in Stavanger from our cruise . Pick up was easy to find , had a change of location but this was well communicated via email . Staff were all lovely but big up to the guide who was funny , friendly and informative The coffee on board is also amaaaazing ! The trip is such good value for money , loved the journey to see Pulpit Rock and the waterfall . We enjoyed a taste of the water , which definitely doesn't taste of whisky ! Fave part was the mountain goats though who came to greet us ... made my day Such a good trip. Highly recommend 👌

  The trip is only about half way in the Lysefjord, returned after the Pulpit rock. Disappointing since there is much more to see further in the fjord. Like the Flørli steps and Kjeragbolten. Not worth the money.

• Excellent cruise

  We thoroughly enjoyed our trip around Lysefjord. The journey was comfortable and there are plenty of different areas to sit around the boat, both inside and outside. There are facilities on board and a snack bar as well. The staff were very friendly and helpfully, particularly Connor and Tobias. The onboard commentary was interesting and very informative. Would highly recommend this trip

  A very pleasant trip. The boat was comfortable and the crew were friendly. The pick up point in Stavanger had changed but we were given clear instructions a few days before we started our holiday. The pickup point is a short walk from the cruise terminal

  Brilliant excursion in all respects. Crew were great fun yet very professional. Commentary was very amusing and informative. Very relaxed atmosphere allied to superb scenery . Great value for money.

  Great experience seeing the sights around Stavanger and the fjord. The boat was more than comfortable and the crew was fantastic. Highly recommend this if you want a relaxing way to see Lysefjord.

  We were well informed of where to meet as there was a change of venue due to ongoing festival in Stavanger. The crews were friendly and helpful. The information and announcements on the cruise, by Tobias, was interesting and useful. We had light refreshments too from the bar and they were enjoyable. Overall we had a lovely experience. We would highly recommend the cruise.
