  Great experience, the waters were crystal clear and there were heaps of fish. Our driver Denny was fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure our time was enjoyable!

  Our driver Vitho was amazing, on time and friendly. The snorkelling was awesome, super friendly staff from start to finish and lots to see. Lunch was delicious amd staff were 5 stars

  We had a really great time on this trip, saw some very beautiful fish, was helped by staff whenever needed. A gentleman on our trip was seasick and was driven back to shore, and in the meantime we were looked after by another group's instructor whilst we snorkled. This excursion was great also as they get in the water with you. I felt it was also LGBT friendly all the way through which was a plus for us. Great driver, too who was patient, friendly and informative. The waterfall was a good addition but be prepared for steep steps! Worth it though!

  From pickup to drop off our tour and snorkelling was incredible Our Driver Komang was first and foremost, very careful on the treacherous Bali roads. He was friendly and professional and we felt at ease the whole trip . He made sure we were whete we were supposed to be and ensured our snorkelling experience was enjoyable He spoke very good English and was knowledgeable about our journey from the west to the east coast of Bali and back again. The guys who helped us with our snorkelling gear and boat drivers were also great . We had a lovely day

  We did the Blue Lagoon Snorkelling Tour, including hotel transfers and lunch, and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Our driver, Denny, picked us up from our hotel and immediately made us feel welcome. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and shared plenty of information about the local area, different attractions, and tour options along the way. When we arrived, the process was very simple and organised. We were asked to select our lunch from a basic menu, fitted with flippers and offered life jackets. While life jackets were recommended, there was no pressure to wear them, and we chose not to. Before heading to Blue Lagoon, the guides took us around to the other side of the bay first as Blue Lagoon was quite crowded. The guides were excellent throughout the trip, helping everyone safely on and off the boat (there was a ladder available for getting back onboard). The snorkelling itself was fantastic. The guides led us to quieter areas away from the crowds where we saw huge schools of fish up close, and even a sea turtle. They carried fish food to attract the fish, which created some amazing viewing opportunities. There was a small amount of rubbish in the water, which unfortunately is fairly common, but it didn't take away from the experience. We were also provided complimentary bottled water before heading out. We initially thought the two hours of snorkelling might not be enough, but it was actually the perfect amount of time. The guides even took photos and videos for us in the water, which was a lovely bonus. After returning to shore, we were offered towels and had access to communal showers and change rooms before enjoying our included lunch. We also received another complimentary cold bottle of water and purchased a few additional drinks. On the drive back, Denny once again went above and beyond. He made sure we were comfortable, blasted the air conditioning, and kindly let us rest quietly after a tiring but enjoyable morning. As an unexpected bonus, he took us to a small local coffee farm and roasting business called Taru Agro. We hadn't expected an extra stop, but it ended up being one of the highlights of our day. I've left them a separate review. Overall, this was a wonderful experience with friendly guides, excellent service, great snorkelling, and thoughtful touches throughout the day.   Great experience, great guide. Shame about the rubbish floating in the ocean. I pocketed some to bin later on. It was a privilidge to witness the colourful fish swimming in their natural habitat. My driver, Bagus, showed great customer service and was filled with positivity.

  It was a beautiful day , many fishes species to see and beautiful coral feed. Our driver and tour guide were very polite and helpful.

  Our driver Yansen was super! Friendly, polite, helpful and a safe driver. Beautiful snorkeling and the snorkel guide was also very helpful and thoughtful.
