Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcases (max 50lbs) and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
Collapsible wheelchairs can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
Strollers can be stored underneath the bus provided they can be folded by the passenger, weigh less than 50lbs, and do not have a motor.
Children must travel with an adult.
Infants and Children weighing up to 18 kg (40 lbs.) who board a seatbelt equipped vehicle are required to ride in an approved CMVSS car seat supplied by the child’s parent or caregiver, and be secured to the vehicle using the seatbelt (lap belt).
Certified Guide Dogs can accompany an individual on our bus. Valid Guide or Service Dog Certification must be presented to the driver during check-in.

Enjoy a hassle-free, convenient transfer between Vancouver and downtown Victoria as you board a comfortable motor coach. From your pickup location, the motor coach will transport you directly to the Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal and aboard a BC Ferry to the Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal. Your trip across the Strait of Georgia is a 95 minute scenic adventure through the Gulf Islands. Make sure to keep your eyes out for various wildlife as well as the beautiful vistas! Once you arrive at Swartz Bay, the same motor coach will transfer you directly to Capital City Station, centrally located behind the Fairmont Empress Hotel in the heart of downtown Victoria. Option 4: Vancouver Cruise Ship Terminal - Canada Place - As passenger leaves the cruise ship, go through terminal customs and check-in with the BC Ferries Connector agent holding sign 'BC Ferries Connector Bus to Victoria'. 5.00The transfer from Vancouver to Victoria was seamless. The driver informed us as to expected stops, and time frames. He kept us informed about luggage arrangements, ferry arrangements, etc in a timely fashion. The ferry ride was lovely.

5.00Easy Peasy. Found the bus at the Central Station in Vancouver. Follow the directions and you will be fine. The bus driver was great. Safe and careful. The bus drives directly onto the ferry. While you are on the ferry you must go upstairs to relax in the boat’s seating. Or you can walk around outside if the weather permits. You board the bus a second time just before you arrive at the port and then the bus drives all of the way to the Fairmont Empress in downtown Victoria. A++ all around. Great safe careful driver.

4.00The meeting point stated Vancouver international airport. Requested mor specific location over 12 hrs in advance but no communication until 2 hrs after we arrived and found the kiosk ourselves! Pickup bus had no heating Process was not fully explained as we had to change buses and drop off point not communicated. However we did get there and caught the ferry okay

1.00I booked a ticket for the 9.30am bus but when I got there they told me that viator had sold me a ticket although the bus was already fully booked. Luckily I was able to get on the next one (2 hrs later) but if all the buses had been fully booked I wouldn't have been able to use the ticket. Don't use this seller! Buy directly.

5.00The experience was a very positive one. Both drivers were very helpful and courteous. We would highly recommend this company. The trip over on the Ferry to Victoria was also very good. Having the Bus and Ferry on one ticket was the way to go and made for a stress free experience.

5.00Our trip was convenient and comfortable. We were travelling from Ottawa and wanted to visit both Victoria and Vancouver BC. This was a comfortable way to travel between downtown Victoria to downtown Vancouver.
