This tour is operated with a typical Thai “songthaew”. A songthaew is a converted pick-up truck with two benches in the back, open sides, and no air-conditioning. It’s an authentic way locals travel around Chiang Mai.
As our tours run on a group basis, we can wait a maximum of 10 minutes after the scheduled meeting time. After this grace period, the guide will begin the tour. If you cannot make it on time, please let us know before the tour starts. If possible, we’ll do our best to reschedule you for the next available time slot or day, though a rescheduling fee will apply.
Our tours operate rain or shine, as tropical rain showers in Thailand usually don’t last long. If it rains heavily, we try to seek shelter and will continue as soon as the weather improves. During the rainy season, it’s a good idea to bring a raincoat or poncho. Please note cancellations due to weather are not eligible for a refund.

Wat Sri Suphan
Wat Sri Suphan, also known as the Silver Temple, is a unique and visually stunning temple in Chiang Mai, famous for its intricately handcrafted silver decorations. Located near Wua Lai Road, the city’s traditional silver-making district, the temple showcases exquisite silver carvings that depict Buddhist teachings, Lanna culture, and mythical creatures. Wat Sri Suphan is a must-visit for those interested in Lanna heritage, traditional craftsmanship, and unique temple architecture.
Wat Chedi Luang Varavihara
Wat Chedi Luang, or the Temple of the Great Stupa, is one of Chiang Mai’s most historic and revered landmarks. Built in the 14th-15th century, this ancient temple once housed the Emerald Buddha, Thailand’s most sacred relic. The temple’s massive brick chedi (pagoda), though partially ruined by an earthquake in the 16th century, still stands as an awe-inspiring structure, showcasing the grandeur of old Lanna architecture. Surrounding the chedi are beautifully adorned temples and the City Pillar Shrine (Inthakin Shrine), an important spiritual site for locals. Visitors to Wat Chedi Luang can explore its rich history, stunning architecture, and serene atmosphere, making it a must-visit cultural site in Chiang Mai.

5.00We had an absolutely fantastic 4-hour tour with G.Bright! We visited three beautiful temples in Chiang Mai and the Long Neck village. By chance, we ended up being the only two people on the tour, and G.Bright turned it into an incredible private experience. He was incredibly bright, helpful, and very friendly from start to finish. His knowledge and warm personality made the day truly special. We highly recommend booking a tour with G.Bright if you want an exceptional and welcoming guide in Chiang Mai!

5.00We had an absolutely fantastic day on the Long Neck Village and Temple Tour in Chiang Mai. The tour was well organised, the temples were beautiful, and visiting the Long Neck Village was a really interesting and memorable experience. What made the day truly exceptional was our guide, G Bright. He was outstanding from start to finish—friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely passionate about sharing the history and culture of the places we visited. He answered all of our questions, never rushed us, and made the whole experience enjoyable and informative. We were also lucky enough to be the only two people booked on the tour, so it felt like having our own private guide for the day. That made the experience even more personal and relaxed. A huge thank you to G Bright for making this one of the highlights of our time in Chiang Mai. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area!

5.00The guide gives you water for the heat. The tour seemed wonderful to me, and it lasts 4 hours, so by 1:00 PM you are back at the hotel, as after those hours you cannot be on the street. The guide is very kind.

5.00It was a hotel outside the old town, but they dropped me off. It was rainy season so there was rain, but it was open Suntaewoo We could have rented out the car. I don't remember the name of the guide, but he gave me a detailed guide via Google Translate. Efficient. It was nice to be able to do the rounds.
