This is not a dinner but a journey! Put together the typical Apulian food, the wine we produce, the vineyard, locals for generations, the view over the Itria Valley, the sunset between the hills and an international company, the result will not be easily forgotten. We will start with a walk in the vineyard where we will talk about the history of the Itria Valley, local traditions, the cultivation of grapes and its transformation into wine. The table in the vineyard will now be set. Another journey begins, the one between flavors and aromas of food and wine. The cuisine is that of our mother, born and raised in these lands. Five appetizers will be accompanied by the first two wines, followed by the handmade orecchiette a few hours before. Finally, the typical bombette cooked on the stove as per tradition. Dinner is therefore an opportunity to combine our best wines, white, rosé and red, in a real tasting Dessert and rosoli to finish The family atmosphere, the peace of the location and the table shared between people from all over the world will transform a dinner into an experience, a journey through flavours, traditions and cultures.

A family run operation that really cares about their wines and the experience their guests have. So informative in a very understandable way the dinner was exceptional.They were very accommodating as I am a vegetarian and they welcome me with lovely dishes. The food and the pairings from the appetizers to the dinner were exceptional. We would highly recommend there were five of us and we all thought the same thing.

When we arrived, the place looked absolutely beautiful! First, we were given a tour of the vineyards and then we could take a seat at the table among that was standing in de Vineyard. Then we were served all kinds of local dishes, including homemade orechiette. It was truly delicious! It was an experience we will never forget!

The whole experience was magical. Walking through the vineyard as the sun was setting and then being treated to an authentic feast with matching wines was perfect. The hosts were genuine and generous with their hospitality. Recommend this for anyone travelling to Puglia

The experience was amazing. Food and wine was 5☆..Georgio was a great host and his family worked so hard to make the evening wonderful. Highly recommend.

I think the discussions around the wine were fabulous.the vineyard is beautiful. The food was good (what we had). We left early as it was extremely windy and very cold. Much colder there than 30 mins away. This ideally should be noted in booking information so people can be prepared. Although thin blankets were provided this wasn’t enough. We left early. As did a few others. Please get some patio heaters so people can be comfortable. It wasn’t possible to enjoy.

We all enjoyed the tour of the vineyard and it's history. The dinner was delicious as was the wine. We had people from 8 countries and all got along great. After dinner we visited their shop and got wine and olive oil to go.

Vincenzo hosted an excellent evening which began with a walk in the vineyard and an informative talk about the wines that he and his family produce. As the weather wasn't ideal for alfresco dining, the wine-tasting and dinner were held indoors, which didn't impact our enjoyment of the evening at all. The food and paired wines were excellent and plentiful. This is a really enjoyable evening and we would thoroughly recommend it for an authentic Puglian experience!

It was a very nice evening! The not too long tour of the vineyard was beautiful and informative, then we sat inside for tasting and dinner because of the chilly evening. Both the wines and the food were delicious, with good explanations. We had a great night!
