An amazing 5-day Private Guided Tour (your group only) from Edinburgh to Orkney and then Inverness. Your guide will pick you up in Edinburgh and take you on a fascinating historical tour on route to the Ferry Terminal in Aberdeen. The route will depend on your pickup location. We spend two days in Orkney exploring the amazing historical sites. The tour is private and will be set to your own pace.
On Day 4 we return to the Scottish Mainland via a short Ferry Journey and on route to Inverness, we will visit Dunrobin Castle and the Culloden Battlefield. Day 5 we start the day with a Loch Ness cruise which includes Urquhart Castle and a hunt for Nessie. We then head to Edinburgh or Aberdeen depending on your drop off location. This is a private tour for your group only and route/itinerary can be changed to suit. Attractions may be subject to seasonal opening, contact us for details.

Day 1 - Private Historical Tour on route to Aberdeen Ferry Terminal. We pick you up in the morning from your accommodation in Edinburgh/Aberdeen. We have a fascinating tour on route to the Ferry Terminal at Aberdeen Harbour for our 5pm sailing to Orkney. Depending on your accommodation location, attractions may include Scone Palace, Glamis Castle, Balmoral Castle, the iconic Dunnottar and Crathes Castles. We will stop somewhere nice for lunch. Our tours are private so you can choose your own itinerary. Attractions may be subject to seasonal opening, contact us for details.
Aberdeen Harbour
We take our 6-hour Ferry from Aberdeen to Kirkwall, Orkney. Included in the price are The Sleeping Pods (large adjustable reclining seats with USB socket, blanket, pillow and mask). Subject to availability. The ship has full lounge/restaurant facilities and shopping areas. Upgrades to a Private Cabin are available. Please contact us for details.
Kirkwall
We arrive at 11pm and drop you off at your Kirkwall Hotel for check in.

Orkney to Inverness
St. Margaret's Hope
We leave Orkney for the mainland and start our journey to Inverness.
An amazing and stunning stately home, which is the seat of the Earl of Sutherland and overlooks Golspie Bay. There will be additional fee per person to enter gardens and museum of £18pp.
Culloden Battlefield
The famous site of the final battle during the last Jacobite Rebellion in 1746. The battlefield is free to see and to enter the interactive visitors centre and museum has additional fee of £15pp.

Amazing 2 hour cruise of Loch Ness which includes a visit to Urquhart Castle and some monster hunting.
