Weekly activity schedule from May 1st to June 8th: -Monday 8:00 AM | 6:00 PM – Running technique: training focused on posture, foot strike, breathing, and coordination. -Thursday 8:00 AM | 6:00 PM – Sunrise or sunset activity: trail through woods, rural churches, and olive groves. -Saturday 8:00 AM – Morning activity: trail through woods, rural churches, and olive groves. -Sunday 4:00 PM – Afternoon activity: longer nature trail to discover new trails. Activity details: Before starting, we'll share the route and warm up. The activity will continue along scenic trails. Your Buddy Coach will adjust the pace, give you helpful tips, and ensure you always feel safe. Stretching and post-activity relaxation at the end.

Fitwalking through farms and forest trails
Group session Duration: 2 hours Local farms and forest trails: Enjoy a relaxing hike or power walk among ancient farms, wooded trails, and rural landscapes. For all levels.

5.00It was an amazing and very personalised experience going through Alberobello. Giovanni was an excellent guide and we ran about 12km through the beautiful surrounding countryside and ended with coffee and pastries where the locals hangout as a reward. Giovanni was very knowledgeable and made the run fun and really pushed me for my stamina.

5.00wonderful unexpected meeting during my own running... started alone early in the morning as usual I met Giovanni by chance by crossing our paths. It was a real support coaching experience for me to discover easily new paths thru the meadows and forests of the Itria Valley and the Murgia dei Trulli near Alberobello for a 15km morning running, I recommend!

5.00An experience too good! Full training of pre-athletic exercises and paths immersed in nature! All with a very prepared and patient coach😅and a group of friends runners. What about more?I hope there are more meetings💪🏼

5.00A first warm-up phase and then exercises to completion. A ride through the trulli area, the dirt roads of the countryside and the paths of the woods. The mixed route could be heard, but at the same time we enjoyed the beautiful views and views that relieved the fatigue. In all this, the constant presence of the coach has allowed us to manage each stretch with the right pace and commitment. Recommended!!!
