You will be picked up by your driver and guide to explore the hidden gems including the Independence Square which was commissioned in 1961 by Kwame Nkrumah, Ghana’s first President. Visit Osu Castle (also known as Fort Christiansborg or the Castle) a castle located in Osu, on the coast of the Gulf of Guinea in Africa. Stop at the Arts Centre in where you will have the opportunity to see diverse cultural crafts, arts, clothes, handmade souvenirs from ghana and other african countries available for purchase.
Tour will continue with an African Drumming and Dancing lesson at the Arts and Crafts Centre.
We will head out to the Aburi Botanical Gardens.This is century-old botanical gardens, about one hour’s drive from Accra. Accra offers a rich collection of tropical flora which attracts scores of birds and butterflies. The tranquil paths are a popular excursion for our city dwellers.
