Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a notification with all the service details and the direct contact information of your driver. 5.00Excellent company for transfer from airport to hotel and from hotel to airport. I hired a Tahoe for mobility and the experience was very good: clean, comfortable and in excellent condition. The two drivers who attended me were amazing. The first was Fernando, very friendly. He wrote me on WhatsApp, told me where to expect it and, since I arrived on a holiday and there were no exchanges open, he had some pesos available and made the change. Actually, it helped me a lot. The second driver was Jairo, who also provided excellent service. He contacted me before the hotel pickup time and asked if I wanted him to pick me up earlier because he had heard about a traffic jam near the airport. I indicated that there was no problem and that I could come at the agreed time, as my flight was at night. He arrived on time and maintained communication by WhatsApp. The company's attention was very good, with quick answers to any questions. Without a doubt, if I return to Bogota, I would not hesitate to hire the service again.

5.00For a hassle-free pickup from Bogotá airport, I highly recommend hiring this team. Communication before my departure was clear and efficient via WhatsApp. They were waiting with the tallest sign, making our meetup easy to spot. They stayed by my side as we waited for the driver. Bogotá traffic is busy, like most airports, so having a clear point of contact for a smooth handoff into an SUV in a crowded area late at night made the experience much better than not having a plan. Will hire again soon!
