5.00Our driver communicated with me before our trip, as well as the day we landed. She gave us clear instructions on where to meet her and how we could identify her, in a city where we had never visited before and didn't know the language! She was helpful with our luggage, professional in her behavior, and very friendly. The vehicle was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I would recommend using this company!

5.00I booked this airport transfer from MXP to our Air B&B. Our driver was waiting for us with a sign with our name on it right on time. He took our bags, the mini van was parked close, was very clean and had bottles of water ready to go. Our driver Carlos I believe his name was, was very friendly and offered great advice on things to do and places to eat. He was wonderful, I’d book with this company again anytime

1.00No show. Driver cancelled last minute. Pretty much screwed us over. A taxi was so much more reliable and ended us saving more than this booking.
