5.00I took my son for his birthday. We had a great time. Staff were so nice and friendly. Lady who helped me book the ticket couldn’t have been more helpful.

5.00Absolutely amazing getaway. We stayed at the Alton Towers Hotel for 2 nights and was met by the doorman Mick who was so helpful and friendly from check in to check out! Very knowledgable and nothing was too much trouble! A credit to the hotel!

4.00One adult and two kids ages 14 and 11. We had a fab day and managed to get on all the big rides that we wanted to. Thankfully the sky ride was also open which saved our legs after a tiring day! My son has Autism and we find the new ride access app to be really helpful for us to get the most out of the day. Connected to free WiFi with no issues. The only issue I really found this time was the lack of staff on some of the rides. Nemesis for example had nobody directing to an available row meaning that seats often went empty and added to the wait times. There was nobody checking RAP on 13 which meant that lots of people were just walking on through and using it as a 'queue jump'. The worst though was hex. Absolutely ridiculous. The wait time was stated as 30 mins so thought we would chance it without using the RAP. The queue was over an hour long which was distressing for my son and lots of others in the queue. The line is very slow moving with numbers counted in to the next room... Only to discover when getting to the ride that it was only half full! We then exited in to a garden with no staff member to direct. Lots of guests walking in circles looking for the exits. Needs signage badly! Imagine there was a fire and nobody knew how to get out of the walls!

4.00We went for a family day out to celebrate my Granddaughter’s 2nd birthday the day after. Now whilst I appreciate that my granddaughter did get in for free, there wasn’t many rides that she could go on ( she went on 3 ) 2 in cbeebeeland and the carousel We did all have a good time and my Granddaughter enjoyed the rides, meeting Bluey and seeing Bluey’s family too We did get a discount with cadburys, but I wouldnt pay full price, as it isn’t value for money , with the long queues and short hours of business and cost of parking

5.00Absolutely amazing. We rode The Smiler, Oblivion, Rita and all the major rides. Unfortunately it was raining during our visit so some of the rides were closed for a portion of our stay however it was really good and the food was amazing.

1.00Absolute awful experience cbeebies land was really good but the staff was just bluntly rude ordered strawberries chocolate they jusy gave it wasn't even warm chocolate and didnt even say hello thanks nothing! Went to a samdwhich bar on left from cbeebies land and it was terrible rubbish everywhere I was with my 3 year old for his birthday in buggy and no one offered a seat food was terrible aswel! Spent £71 for me my 3 year old and husband to go in and what a waste of money most of the games my toddler could do was shut! Never again! Thought Southend was bad but this place even worse.

1.00Awful experience all round. One of the operators injured my daughter with the safety bar; paid £30 for digital photos all day, but a number of rides photos not working, including Bluey ride which was for my grandson on his 1st ever visit and got no photo of him on it; priority pass a waste of money as we still had to queue a bit with it (only Rita ride got us at front of queue) but didn't get to take advantage of it - see next point: there was a problem with Rita ride at about 3.20pm - twice we were taken off ride and then put back on, but it didn't work and we didn't get to ride and by the time all that had happened there was no time to go on anything else and we still had five fastpass 'tickets' left: finally, lots of time wasted as too many rides were temporarily closed when it rained. I know Alton Towers can't control the weather but when you waste time queuing then don't get on its frustrating and stops you making the most of your day and stopped us being able to use all of our fastpass tickets.
Better signage needed desperately

3.00Great trip as always; but signing must be improved. We arrived on opening and it took us 40 minutes to walk in, including 15 minutes stood completely lost, as one sign directed us one direction to get in and another said the opposite! Definitely needs bigger signs or maps in the park, and in the carpark especially it needs to be clearer where to walk, as until you get to the entrance it’s not clear. Lots of families unsure, turning round and stopping with no idea where to go next

5.00We came for the smiler and despite rain all day we had a fab time. The smiler did not disappoint and is the best coaster I’ve ever been on in all my 30 plus years riding coasters can’t fault it from start to finish it’s pure perfection
