The beach is part of a continuous stretch of sand almost 7 km in length. It is flanked by a line of high cliffs in deep tones ranging from reds to whitish, in contrasting colours with the green of the pine groves above. At the western end, the cliff is high but soft, composed of sand and clay, so the rain wears away grooves and gullies. To the east, the cliff is gradually losing height, while remaining deeply eroded. It is this erosion that keeps the beach sandy. As a result, small cones of sand form at the base of these cliffs, where typical dune plants such as sea daffodils, sea bindweed, spiny thrift, Cretan trefoil and sea holly have taken root. These species intermingle with the more monotonously-coloured vegetation typically found on cliffs, which here mostly consist of Mediterranean saltbush.

5.00Everyone was amazing since the very first contact. Joao from the office, very nice and ready to help with everything and for the crew, Pedro and Miguel there are no words. Very nice service, very nice weather and a very nice yacht. Will come back soon for sure. Thank you guys 🙏

5.00What a fantastic 5 hours! Although the weather was cloudy this didn’t stop us from having the most wonderful time. The crew and chef were there to attend every need. Free poring vodka, great food and we even went off track to see a large family of dolphins. The Sunseeker boat is luxurious. Lovely sunbathing spaces, great music system and all the mod cons you would expect. The skill of the captain sailing the Sunseeker into small caves was very impressive. Look no further If your looking for a little piece of heaven. We had a magical time. Thank you Olga for answering my numerous questions while getting the trip booked.
