5.00My daughter and I shared an incredible morning in Orbetello with Silvia. She and her Mother extended us such a warm welcome into their home that we instantly felt like family. After a quick introduction and visit over some delicious bruschetta, we got straight to work making our "ugly, but delicious" cookies and then progressed onto our pasta and tortellini filling. The hands on lessons and recipes that Silvia passed onto us have been in their family for years. We had so much fun making the pasta and tortellini. For the grand finale, we all came together and thoroughly enjoyed the fruits of our labour. What an amazing day with these beautiful women!! We are so grateful to have met them and will cherish and frequently practice their family secrets.

5.00Silvia her cooking class was amazing, the best experience! She showed us how to make tortello, gnudi and tagliatelle. She explained every step and really encouraged us, even when our dough ended up to be tagliatelle. She also shared a lot of tips with us about places we could visit. Grazie mille, Silvia!
This Italian cooking class is highly recommended!

5.00We have been very warmly received! Sylvia is a wonderful sweet and friendly hostess; and taught us the art of making ravioli which we then ate together. Also aperitif and dessert were not missing. A very nice experience richer in Orbetello! Recommended!
