For safety reasons, passengers weighing more than 100 kg (220 lb) will be charged an additional fee per kilogram, which will be covered directly on the day of the experience.

This experience is not wheelchair accessible due to the nature of the activity (hot air balloon flight). Participants must have the physical ability to climb and climb off the balloon basket on their own, as access involves moves similar to climbing a high step. Our team can offer basic assistance during boarding and descent, but travelers must be able to make these movements independently to ensure their safety.
