Beatles Statue
We will start at the iconic statue of the Fab four - John, Paul, George and Ringo. This is at a beautiful location at Liverpool's Pier head right on the river Mersey. Surrounded by the historical "3 Graces" buildings there is plenty to see and learn about in this area and some fantastic photo opportunities.
Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts
The arts school that John Lennon attended which is next door to the high school that Paul McCartney and George Harrison went to. Here we discuss the early days of the band and look back to their time as the "Quarry Men" and also playing in Hamburg Germany. A Beautiful area of the city centre surrounded by Liverpool's two Cathedrals.

5.00My husband Dean and I had a fantastic private Beatles tour with Marc. We started at the Beatles statue and then visited Penny Lane and Strawberry Field, along with several other iconic locations connected to the band's history. What made the tour so special was Marc's incredible knowledge and storytelling. He shared fascinating facts, background, and personal details that brought the songs to life in a completely new way. His insights have actually changed the way I listen to Beatles music. I now catch references and meanings that I never understood before. One of my favorite moments was learning the story behind the lyric, "nothing to get hung about" from Strawberry Fields Forever. Now I can't help but giggle every time I hear it. If you're a Beatles fan—or even just curious about their history—I highly recommend taking a tour with Marc. His passion, knowledge, and sense of humor made this an unforgettable experience.

5.00Jack was an exceptional host who helped give us memories that will last a lifetime. He was friendly, flexible, and extremely knowledgable, exposing us to a myriad of facts, places, and experiences related to Liverpool and the Beatles. He was very accomodating and thoughtful. He was empathetic to our needs, and took great care to ensure we had a delightful time. I would fully recommend him! I have reached a point in my life where my main goal is to make wonderful memories with the people I love. Jack certainly helped to accomish this.

5.00Our tour guide was exceptional. He knew all sorts of Beatles history. As our tour progressed he played Beatles music significant to where we were located. I.E. played Penny Lane on Penny Lane road. At the end of the tour he dropped us off at a pub where we enjoyed Fish and Chips, and then walked back to our ship, after he gave us specific directions first. He told us we were lucky doing the tour early for the traffic wasn’t bad. Well done.

5.00We only had one day in Liverpool since we took the train up from London. This tour is an absolute must for not only Beatles fans, but also anyone interested in history. Our guide, Mark, rightly told us that you cannot understand the Beatles and their music without understanding Liverpool and our city tour was so insightful. Lots of cool surprises, We then took in all of the Beatles sights and were in no way disappointed. Mark was so knowledgeable and full of personality. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone whether you are staying in Liverpool or just up for a day trip.

5.00We took the train up from London for the day and wanted to see as much of Liverpool as possible with an emphasis on the Beatles. This is the best tour to take for that. It was worth every penny and a wonderful experience. You cannot really understand the Beatles and their music without understanding the city of Liverpool. We began with an overview of the city that was fascinating - An excellent historical background. We then proceeded to all of the relevant Beatles sites with many surprises thrown in for good measure. Mark, our guide, was so knowledgeable that it made for a unique and wonderful day. I would highly recommend this to anyone whether you have just one day or several to spend in Liverpool. You will not be disappointed.

5.00This was the best tour of our England vacation. Marc our tour guide was fantastic. He truly enjoys his profession and really knows Beatles history. He took us to places and shared stories that brought me closer to the band that has been a huge part of music in my life. Being on the boardwalk on the Mersey, seeing the shelter in the middle of the roundabout on Penny Lane, Strawberry Field, standing in front of Paul’s house where all those great songs were written, The Cavern Club and more. This was a complete Beatles experience. Marc shared so much Liverpool history with us. He was so generous with his time. He showed us the most grand church I have ever seen and more than I could have expected. The vehicle was very comfortable and the perfect ride since we were in and out of the van at all the different places. I would recommend this tour over any kind of bus tour. If you are only going to Liverpool once in your life, this tour is priceless. Very immersive into Beatles history. And a great guide.
