National Museum of Ethiopia
The National Museum of Ethiopia is one of the country's most important cultural institutions. Located in Addis Ababa, it showcases Ethiopia’s rich history, culture, and art. The museum is especially famous for its archaeological and anthropological collections, offering visitors a deep dive into Ethiopia’s past. Lucy (Dinkinesh) – The museum’s most famous exhibit is the fossil of Australopithecus afarensis, a hominid that lived around 3.2 million years ago. This fossil, nicknamed "Lucy," is one of the oldest and most complete hominid skeletons ever discovered.
Holy Trinity Cathedral
The Holy Trinity Cathedral (also known as Kidane Meheret in Amharic) is one of the most important and majestic churches in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Tomb of Emperor Haile Selassie: The cathedral is the final resting place of Emperor Haile Selassie, one of the most significant leaders in Ethiopian history. The perfect introduction to Ethiopia's history and culture

5.00We only had a limited amount of time in Ethiopia, but thanks to Enat Ethiopia Tours we were able to make the most of every moment, including an excellent city tour of Addis Ababa. The tour gave us a great introduction to Ethiopian history, culture, and daily life. Visiting the National Museum, learning about the country's rich heritage, and experiencing the religious gathering for Mother Mary at the Holy Trinity Cathedral helped us understand Ethiopia on a much deeper level. What impressed us most was the personal service provided by Asfaw (Pogba) and his team. From the moment he welcomed us at the airport, we felt completely taken care of. Both him and Ashu were always available, incredibly responsive, and even accommodated changes to our itinerary without any problems. Pogba was always friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable, making the tour both informative and enjoyable. We never felt rushed and had plenty of opportunities to ask questions and learn more about Ethiopia. Our time in Addis Ababa was the perfect ending to an amazing honeymoon in Africa. We are so grateful to Enat Ethiopia Tours for creating such wonderful memories and would highly recommend them to anyone visiting Ethiopia!

5.00Wonderful experience! All the places I visited were beautiful in Addis during my layover is amazing. Robel helped me see all the sites, and Ashu is a very professional tour guide. 5.00I had a wonderful tour in Addis Ababa! Visiting the National Museum was absolutely worth it meeting Lucy in person was such an amazing experience. Spending time at Merkato was something I’ll never forget; it’s so full of life and energy and seeing how people work and move around there felt so authentic. Our guide, Ashu, was fantastic, knowledgeable, friendly, and really made the experience special. I absolutely loved my time in Addis Ababa!

5.00Had an amazing experience in addis ababa with Ashu, I went to the national museum to see Lucy and learn more about ethiopian history and went to have the view of adsis and it was great and being at the open air market was a fabulous experience. Highly recommend this tour

5.00Five Stars for our tour today. Our guide Ashu is very knowledgeable about Addis Ababa and history of Ethiopia and culture. We visited St. George’s Cathedral, the Mercato, up the mountain where we enjoyed the cultural experience of coffee with a light snack. We also visited the Martyrs Museum and learned about the tragedy that happened in the 1990’s here. don't hesitate to book with Enat Tours
