Catedral De Granada 2024
We will take a walk around the Main Plaza of the city of Granada, where we will see the majestic and historic cathedral of Granada Nuestra Señora de Asunción, if that day the Church is open we can pay 1 dollar per person to go to the bells and See the beautiful center of Granada from above, we will take a look at the small craft market, the typical foods of the city and the beautiful people that surround it. We will walk to the burned La Merced church where the guide will fill you with information about the history of each church and place, which admission is free. Finally we will have an educational and dynamic tour at the famous Chocolate Museum where we will have a free tour about how and what cocoa was used for before.
Isletas de Granada
After enjoying the city, we will go to the majestic Lake Cocibolca or Lake Nicaragua, a huge expanse of water filled with many species of fish and the popular Toro shark, the only freshwater shark in the world. We will take a boat and know how the 365 islands were formed and we will know each of them among the most popular as the 2 Monkey Islands, Fort St. Paul where we will Sarpare to Fight Captain Morgan and the best view towards Mombacho volcano. We'll have the best captain and Nicaraguan music in the background.

5.00Granada + San Juan + playa popoyo~ I had booked a separate tour through getyourguide and the tour operator messaged me to confirm booking. I also asked him if there were any customized tours he can arrange for me for 1 free day i had and wanted to visit granada+ san juan+ playa popoyo. He gave me options, pricing, time duration, weather updates and i chose from it and it was confirmed within hours. Very fast, efficient replies from Jordan. Anthony was my tour guide. He is one of the best guides i have met while on my solo trips. He is very knowledgeable with history of Nicaragua and has a passion for not only his work but also his nation and it reflects in his experiences for clients. We started from managua, drove to granada first to see one of the best colonial towns. It's rich in culture, architecture and vibes. Also thanks to Anthony because he is patient and very accomodating of people's request, be it viewing specific spots, finding best food places, taking a million photos for you(even if it's annoying, he does it with a smile), or any other things you want to do, you can make a request and surely he will find a solution for it, if it's possible. From Granada we drove to san juan, very beautiful town, lucky to have had good sunny weather and see the statue, and views of beach from top. We had o rush from there to popoyo because i wanted to catch sunset, and anthonyyy being the great driver he is, made it happen. We reached just in time to catch the last bit of sunset, verh beautiful. Note: the entrance tickets you have to pay separately outside of booking, so please carry cash(preferably) or most places take credit/debit too. 🙃 If you are travelling solo or with friends or even family, please book with this agency and they will help you with any questions. 100/10 best experience. 5.00Tony was very quick in moving things and friendly. This trip is good if you are a small group or solo and wants to get things done quickly. Islets were nice and so was the Granada Town. Wait for the Masaya volcano, was the only flaw, but Tony got there first after the gate open and was able to take good pics
Overall highly recommend both this tour and the guide Marvin!

5.00A wonderful introduction to Nicaragua! It was both a structure tour, but it also had some flexibility. We got to see Granada downtown as well as visit a few churches and climb a bell tower for great panoramic views. This was followed by a tour of a chocolate museum, a boat ride on Lake Nicaragua, a spontaneous visit to a cigar shop to try Nicaraguan cigars, a visit to a panoramic viewpoint at apoyo lagoon, and finished the day visiting the masaya volcano crater My guide was Marvin and he was an excellent guide who made sure we were comfortable and offered great conversation. Overall highly recommend both this tour and the guide Marvin!

5.00I only had one day in Nicaragua to do a tour and I thought Anthony did an excellent job. He proposed to change the sequence of the sites to visit, given some external constraints, and it worked out just fine. Anthony had good knowledge of all the sites we visited and he was easy to get along with. I would recommend Anthony to any of my friends if they were to visit Nicaragua.

5.00The first stop was at the Masaya volcano which I found really interesting! The museum is super cute. The souvenir shops in this area were much cheaper and interesting than in other places. Anthony was great at giving us some time to browse without feeling like we were rushed. The lagoon was a cute spot for pics. Granada tour was great as well really felt like I saw a lot of the city with the short time I went. My favorite part was the boat ride inlets of Granada, I could have spent the whole day here to be honest. Overall I’d definitely recommend if you want to see quite a bit of Nicaragua when you are short on time.
