5.00Our guide Jarot picked us up at our hotel and brought us to Borobudur for the sunrise temple with breakfast experience. Highly recommended! Good communication in advance where we received a whatsapp message a day in advance to confirm our details and supplies. Once there we craved one of our guide a very interesting tour to the top of the temple. We were 5 groups of 10 who were allowed in so we had all the luxury to take pictures without the crowds of others. It was very nice to see the temple and the greenery around it in all the different colors of the rising sun! After breakfast Jarot brought us back to the hotel. He offered us a stopover without obligation to taste Kopi Luwak somewhere. Do know that if you go along with this, you pay 80,000 IDR for a small bag, unless you buy coffee locally to take home.

5.00Jarot was a safe driver with good command of English. He was courteous, friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. He took us to a place to get some kopi luak for home. Much appreciated. We would recommend him to take you on a tour in Yogyakarta.

5.00As a solo traveler with limited time in Yogyakarta, I found it challenging to find a tour that offered flexible departure times to visit Borobudur Temple. Journeast Indonesia provided ease in both departure times and group size. They handled everything from temple tickets to guides and comfortable transportation. And all is included on price, no additional cost at all except your personal expenses.. The vehicle was clean, and the AC worked well. The driver, who also acted as the tour manager for the day, was Vega. This tour is perfect for those who want to visit Borobudur Temple with flexible timing. They offer both shared and private transportation options, so you can choose what suits your needs. It was truly stress-free and an amazing experience! I highly recommend Journeast Indonesia; they are professional and very experienced.

5.00The tour was truly perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Aditya (our driver) treated us very well, kind and smiling, sharing information about Borobudur (our visit of the day) and Yogyakarta, making sure we felt good always. They even gave us mineral water bottles. We liked that we made a short stop we weren't expecting to try some Kopi Luwak, and the return trip was just as good. Really recommend it.
