This is an excellent whole day tour of Brunei for those who opt for the more detailed tour at a leisurely pace. The tour will start with a visit to :-
- Tamu Kianggeh or the open air market, where most of the
local products can be found
- Royal Regalia, where you will see the collection of Royal jewel like the encrusted crown and other opulent symbols of Brunei Monarchy,
- Istana Nurul Iman, the world largest residential palace,
- Malay Technology Museum, a gallery which displays tributes to the lifestyles of Malays and Ethnic tribes of Brunei,
- Omar Ali Saiffudien Mosque, considered as one of the most beautiful mosque on Southeast Asia,
- ‘Jame Asr Hassanil Bolkiah Mosque, the largest and most
significant mosque in Brunei
- and lastly, Kampung Ayer which is known as the “Venice of the East”
and have a house visit with a light refreshment (Malay traditional cuisine). See the luxurious Empire Hotel. Lunch will be served at the local restaurant.

Meet & greet a driver at your hotel lobby (Bandar Seri Begawan hotel) for 08.30 am departure. The tour will start with a visit to TamuKianggeh or the open air market, where most of the local products can be found.
Royal Regalia Museum
Royal Regalia The Royal Regalia Museum (Malay: Muzium Alat Kebesaran Diraja), previously known as the Royal Regalia Building is a museum located in the heart of Bandar Seri Begawan, capital of Brunei. It mainly houses the regalia of the Sultan and the royalty, as well as exhibits related to the commemorations of the Silver and Golden Jubilee celebrations of Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah's rule of Brunei.

5.00Long day, inside and outside stuff. Guide, Dayat, was great; good English, very informative, answered all our questions. Good sense of humor, too! Mosques and royal museum require no shoes, floors very cold for me, throw some sox in your pocket. Hooded robes at mosques provided for women. Mosques and museums gorgeous. Our van had AC, water and tissues provided.

5.00My father and I did a full day tour of Bandar Seri Begawan with Grace and we agreed that this was our favorite part of visiting Brunei. Grace was so friendly and welcoming and her passion for the country was infectious. She has unsurpassed knowledge of Brunei’s history, Royal Family and culture. She introduced us to so many friendly people and made us feel at home. We would never have learned so much about this beautiful country without her. Thanks Grace!
