5.00We had an amazing tour of Busan with our guide Christina! She was incredibly helpful, well-organized, and made sure everything went smoothly despite the huge crowds caused by the BTS concert. We still managed to see all the major attractions and even ride the Sky Capsule. Christina also helped us take great photos throughout the day. Highly recommended!

3.00Overall, the trip was okay, but definitely not outstanding, and unfortunately not one I would recommend. The trip felt unnecessarily long, mainly because some of the activities were disappointing and seemed more designed to fill time than provide value. For example, the Sky Capsule was extremely overpriced and, in my opinion, not worth it at all. It gave me the feeling that some activities were included mainly for tourists rather than because they genuinely added to the experience. Another thing I did not enjoy was the overall group dynamic. The group was quite large, and the experience felt more like a school trip than a relaxed tour. We were constantly walking behind the guide, standing where we were told, and following instructions in a very structured way. I have joined many tours in the past and never really had this feeling before. Regarding our guide, Erica: I want to start with some positives. She was friendly, bubbly, and clearly tried hard to make the trip enjoyable. However, she sometimes spoke very quickly, which made her difficult to follow. I also found that she was not always very clear or straight to the point, especially when communicating practical details like meeting points and return times. Sometimes it felt a bit messy and confusing. One thing that personally stood out to me was that she mentioned her Scandinavian boyfriend multiple times throughout the trip. I understand that guides sometimes share personal stories to connect with the group, but after a while it started to feel unnecessary and, at times, a bit like bragging. Of course, this may just come down to personal preference. I was also disappointed with the restaurant recommendation. Since Erica is Korean, I trusted her recommendation and expected a great local seafood experience. I do not mind paying for quality food, but for the price, the meal was disappointing. The seafood was mostly cold, the eel had many bones, the shrimp were tiny and cold, and even the abalone was cold. I understand that some people may still enjoy it, but as someone who loves seafood and has had many excellent seafood meals, this felt far from impressive. Finally, I found the requests to leave a review at the end of the trip a bit too pushy. In the end, I think Erica simply was not the right type of guide for me. She was kind and energetic, but the overall experience did not meet my expectations or what I personally look for in a tour.

5.00This is the best way to appreciate what Busan has to offer all packed into one day. The Sky Capsule, 5 Islands, villages, and even lunch lit stop included were well organized and executed with charm and great energy thanks to Alice our guide. We had a wonderful time as a family and believe this was the best way to see Busan while resting in our charter bus.

5.00We had a lovely tour guide Song and it was well organized. The only negative about the tour is the place where we had lunch which was very very expensive. Even though it was a local fish market this was the most expensive meal we ever had in Korea. However, the tour was itself was wonderful. I still recommmed it.
