Join us for a one of a kind culinary adventure on two wheels! On this guided tour, we’ll cycle to three carefully selected local food stops, spending about 40 minutes at each to hear their stories, meet the people behind the flavors, and enjoy exclusive behind-the-scenes experiences.
Each day’s lineup is unique and the menu is chef curated, showcasing substantial dishes (not just tasters!) that truly celebrate Canmore’s vibrant food scene.
Between stops, you’ll ride at a relaxed pace through some of the most stunning scenery in the Rockies. Pedal along the Bow River, cross the historic Engine Bridge, and take in sweeping views of the Three Sisters Mountains, Spring Creek, and Canmore’s charming downtown.
It’s the perfect blend of flavor, fun, and fresh mountain air. This is an experience that will leave both your heart and your stomach full.

5.00Had the most wonderful experience with Caro as our guide. She is highly knowledgable and truly took her time to make sure everyone was safe and having a positive experience. It was so wonderful to learn about the local eateries and the trip was absolutely worth the price. Saw so many beautiful locations and learned lots of cool things about the area. Highly recommended!!!

5.00Jocelyn was a great sport and the route taken was beautiful. All three venues (Market, Eli and Lovely) were delicious - the owners very welcoming and kind. The tour was well worth it.. we also got to see some elk on our tour. Highly recommend this tour

5.00Great food, biking, and nature views! A perfect first full day on our family vacation! Age 16-54, group of 6- a good 4 hour tour! We saw much of Canmore & now know where to go again! It wasn’t strenuous, but also wasn’t lazy. We’re all active, and trail is a bit different than we’re used to. But, Jocelyn & Myra were attentive, warm, and made us all feel comfortable & safe. Some of us chose to use a lot of help from our e-bike, while several of our guys did the whole trail without assistance! Highly recommended! Cost was worth it for us! Food is good quantity for even 20 yr old guys!

5.00Jocelyn and Mira guided us friended us and fed all ten of us through the terrain of forest, wild roses, rivers, mountains and inspiring stories from each proprietor of our food stops! It was lovely!

5.00We went for our bachelorette party and we had an absolute blast. It went above and beyond our expectations. Our guide Caro was a breath of fresh air. Teaching us how to use the bikes, talking about our upcoming food and asking wonderful questions to get to know us. She had us smiling the whole four hours. Would highly recommend her and this activity.

5.00MUST DO!!!! We just got back and had THE BEST day with Hannah! She was INCREDIBLE. From start to finish her amazing energy and knowledge of canmore really made our day. I can't thank her enough. 100% recommend this tour and absolutely ask for Hannah. Thank you so much for everything today... and the ICE CREAM to finish our ride was unforgettable.
