5.00This was by far the best way to see so many place throughout the city. You were taken to 11 different spots and could spend time where you wanted, and skip what didn’t interest you.
We had a great time seeing Chicago! The staff were friendly and informative!

5.00Wonderful way to the see Chicago with a family member that has difficulty walking for long periods of time. We enjoyed learning more about the history of the city, the architecture, and the cultural icons. Our driver was polite, professional, informative, and funny!

4.00The loop is very good. The personnel were very professional. The reason why i don't give it a five is because it doest include BOTH lines (red and yellow). This ONLY includes the red line and you will need to pay separate for the yellow. It is not super expensive at all (extra yellow line)
Hot Ride with no Relief!

1.00I have used this bus in other cities before. It was 90F outside and felt like 100F. We boarded the bus and decided to stay down stairs in the AC area because it was too hot upstairs. The AC was not working and you could not open the windows. The bus driver came to the back of the bus to take the sign outside and he said " What the...the AC is not working?!" What made matters worse, there were small children and elderly people on the bus. I have used this bus in other cities with the temperature outside the same and have never experienced this. Disgusting!

3.00We used to love this tour, but there is no longer a live tour guide and instead a pre recorded guide with headphones. Not the same experience and the recording didn’t match up with the buildings on time so we kept missing what they were talking about.

5.00We stayed 4 nights and 3 days. We had a pass for 72 hours and it was such a great value. We had Candace as our driver on our last day and she was so amazing. She even took pictures for some of the passengers. She was by far our favorite driver 10 /10
A must do! Great driver!

5.005- We enjoyed our ride! On the first day, we were lucky enough to get Candice as our driver! She has a great personality and gives great narration. We didn’t run into her again, but want to make sure everyone knows Candice is the best. This is a must do activity!

4.00The bus stopped at convenient places. Definitely use the headphones to get commentary about sights. Only negative was that it took a long time for buses to come to stops.
NO AC on none of the buses!

1.00This weekend the city gave extreme heat warning all day. I booked the tour and there was NO AC on none of the buses. I was over heated, nauseous, and sweating like a pig. How could you make us pay to ride inside and there was no ac. My sister , niece and I were actually sick after the ride. My body over heated. The temperatures were over 95 degrees this weekend in chicago. Even the bus driver was sweating and over heated. This was unacceptable!
