Aquascene Fish feeding sanctuary in a pre and post war historic spot attracting wild rays, bream, mullet & more species since the 1950s.
The Gully Cafe is now open 7 days from 8am -2pm serving fresh bagels, focaccia, coffee and more.
This wonderful sanctuary provides a safe and enjoyable environment for families and people of all ages to join in the fun and it’s a great experience for fish lovers! The kids will absolutley love it! You can choose to feed the fish from the comfort of the concrete stairs of the viewing platform or wade into the water and have them tickle your feet as they jostle over each other to take the food from you!

Join us at high tide to hand-feed hundreds of local fish including barramundi, batfish, and friendly shovel-nose rays. Safe for all ages — all fish are completely toothless Feed from the shaded platform or wade in the shallow water Giant shaded playground and The Gully Cafe onsite (bagels, smoothies, ice cream) Historic WWII Catalina flying boat base location Feeding times follow the tide. Arrive early, feed at high tide, then relax at the cafe or playground. A relaxed, flexible and memorable hands-on wildlife experience. 5.00Great tourist activity at low cost. Hands on feeding fish. Recommend holding fish above water for the Barra to grab it. Quick grab All ages to do walk in water with the fish great experience. Milk fish, bat fish, Barra, cat fish, trevally and mullet just some you can see.
