  It is not a huge museum, but every room is worth seeing. The Water Lilies are the highlight, and seeing them in person was unforgettable.

  I booked this mainly for Monet, but the other collection was also excellent. The visit was easy, clean, and well managed. Really enjoyed it.

• Untimed tickets not so convenient

  The Musee de l’Orangerie was terrific but it’s important to know that these tickets are not timed and you can’t necessarily enter the museum when you want as the World Pass Tour Paris ticket suggests. We booked through TripAdvisor/World Pass Tour Paris because the museum website indicated that the museum was booked out on the days we were in Paris. We were glad to get the tickets but we had to line up with the people who didn’t have tickets. There was therefore little advantage purchasing more expensive tickets when we may as well have waited to buy the tickets at the museum. The folk with timed tickets were prioritised and those who had untimed tickets (us) and no tickets had to wait in the queue until there was room in the museum. We waited for an hour and a half (in heatwave conditions) so it was not pleasant. Best to book a timed ticket with the museum well ahead of your trip.

  I booked one museum in Paris but received a ticket for a different one. This was sad and unfortunate -especially since I didn’t notice until I was at the location and did not have a lot of time.

• Difficult to navigate, and was only paid entrance

  The tickets were not provided until I tracked them down and they did not include an entry time option. As a result we stood in line for more than an hour waiting to enter the museum. This ticket is only a paid ticket.

• DON’T GET TICKETS WITHOUT A TIME SLOT!!!!!!

  HUGE WARNING: if you plan to do anything else during the half day you’ve set aside for this museum, do NOT get a simple entrance ticket. Get one WITH A TIME SLOT or be prepared for a possible two hour wait in a line outside of the museum. TripAdvisor did not give any information about this process. We’ve LOVED our time in Paris, but this was a frustrating low point. We waited in line for two hours, got to within 20 feet of the entrance and had to get out of line for a Louvre tour. TripAdvisor has still not returned a request to move tickets to the next day. We get it…we chose to plan these two experiences on the same day, but a warning on the time it can take without a time slot would’ve saved me $140. That being said, Paris has been awesome.

• “Ticket” didn’t work

  It was terrible. We were not permitted to use the ticket that was sent to us. The museum called it a voucher and said it wasn’t actually usable for admission. We will be filing a protest of the charge on our credit card. We had to purchase tickets from me museum when we arrived.

  They did not provide us with a time slot, it is needed to enter this museum. You have to stand in line with non ticket holders. They say you have to go to the museum website to set up the time, an extra step they don't tell you up front. Then when you get to the museum website they don't offer you a time slot without buying a ticket. SO WHAT WAS THE POINT OF PAYING THE PREMIUM TICKET PRICE? We were scammed out of our money. In addition, they sold us tickets to a sold out day, and yet all sales are final. This is theft! Terrible experience.

  The process was very sketchy. I had to reach out on what’s app and also call several times before I got a response. Once I got a hold of them they sent me tickets in PDF. Based on the experience was sure they weren’t going to work, but they did. If I had not persisted to track out and also ask pastor to reach out, I don’t think I would have gotten my tickets.
