Mount Etna
Along the trail that will take us up to 2000mt a.s.l., our guide will tell you about how the highest volcano in Europe was born, without leaving the aspects related to flora and fauna that characterize it. After admiring old and new lava flows we will proceed on foot to the inner part of old craters. The charming panorama and the picturesque scenery will give us the feeling of being on the moon. After a short break, the hike will continue with a visit, carrying helmet and torch, inside a lava cave to admire a unique spectacle. Walking through a luxuriant vegetation, we will finally admire the spectacular Valle del Bove.

5.00We booked our trip the day before we set sail, we were late docking in Catania but were able to notify our trip organiser who was able to put our pick up back by 45 minutes. The trip itself was very good, Antony our guide was superb, very knowledgeable about Mt Etna and it's history which made our trip very enjoyable.

5.00Excellent excellent excellent! Two things , though you should know it's a little more strenuous than depicted , and the van we were in rides pretty rough (like how about getting some new shock absorbers)! Guide was exceptional! Experience was awesome and well worth it.

5.00We had a wonderful morning with Luca driving around looking at beautiful Etna and it’s craters via the small surrounding Villages. We also went into a Lava Tunnel which was a very surreal experience. The landscape was surprising full of flora and fauna - and Luca has some really interesting information throughout. We were also blessed with fantastic weather so got to see lots! Highly recommend! 😊

5.00Awesome tour! The guide is knowledgeable and it was fun. Views were stunning! The only thing that could be improved were the walkie talkies — we often had trouble hearing the guide when using them on the van.

5.00This excursion was excellent! The tour is beautiful, featuring an easy walk around secondary craters and a 200-meter visit inside a lava cave. Gabrielle is an outstanding guide: friendly, attentive, and highly knowledgeable, providing plenty of interesting and valuable information throughout the experience.
