I love ceviche but my wife is not a fan of uncooked food. So this experience was mainly for me. Wendy was the chef and she did a wonderful job. We liked the food so much that even my wife ate a ceviche for the first time in her life. Looking forward to trying it at home.

Alejandra and Claudia were amazing hosts and the Ceviche we learned to cook was the best memory of the country we could bring home. As native Colombian living abroad, I can tell you this was the best colombian food class I’ve ever had!
